As she watched her executive officer walk to she shuttle she smiled at her.
"Sleep well Anarra." She sat near the rocks that were giving them heat. She closed her eyes and began a mediation.

Anarra had set up a bunk in the back of the shuttle, she was about to shut her eyes when she saw what looked to be a humongous spider the size of a baby's fist coming down at her. She quickly jumps off of the bunk and tries to swat it away. But instead it starts to fly straight at her. She runs one way, and it follows she runs another way and it follows. She grabs a heavy metal object and tries to kill it but it escapes. Finally she grabs a phaser sets it on low so she doesnt hurt the shuttle.
She fires. And the little monster finally shrivels up and lands on the floor.
"Well its about darn time."
She straightens her uniform out and tries to compose herself for bend when she swears she hears buzzing. She turns around and sees 5 more of the flying spider insects. She runs out of the shuttle.
"Aughhhhh!!!" Everyone looks toward her.
"Ejiul get rid of those hairy flying spider creatures that have infested the shuttle, Or I swear I'll blow that shuttle to smithoreans." Anarra is clearly uncomposed at this point.
"I hate insects." she growls as she sits down next to the fire again.

The Commander comes running from the shuttle screaming, Ejiul quickly jumps up pulls his Phaser
"Anarra vah-a wrong" he yells as he starts toward her but she runs up to the fire and looks at him
"Ejiul get rid of those hairy flying spider creatures that have infested the shuttle, Or I swear I'll blow that shuttle to smithoreans." Anarra says upset as she sits by the fire
"I hate insects." she growls
Laughing he heads for the shuttle as he enters it he is swarmed by 5 bugs "By the Elements" he swats at them they avoid his hands then fires hitting and killing them they drop from the air and shrivel up and die
One lands on his hand he quickly slaps it, it hits the floor taking his tricorder he scans it "Unknown Species" he says as the spider is dazed
the scan shows it has Venom smilier to earths Tarantula Spider he then steps on it, then he scans the inside of the shuttle it is now clear of the Flying Spiders
He returns to the camp looking at Anarra "shuttles clear of the spiders" he says as he sits down
"The spider is an unknown species its Venom is similar to an Earth Tarantula" he reports
Looking at the Leih " I believe they may be native" he says with a pause "Intriguing the first lifeforms we see are Big flying spiders" he says
He looks at Anarra and dose his best not to laugh but dose "The look on your face Anarra" he says as he composes him self "I'm sorry Ma'am but it was funny" he chuckles

She looks at the XO. "If you blew it up, it would be a long back Anarra. But I agree I dislike most insects. If there are spiders down here there, will most likely be other life forms. However it seems to be universal that most worlds do not support that many types within a cave system."
"Are you doing any better Anarra?"

still scowling as Ejiul comes back. "they had better be gone. Perhaps it was funny to you, but it was not funny to me. Just remember that."
She then stands up again and looks to the captain. "I'm fine captain, I just dont like bugs is all." She then walks back to the shuttle with as much dignity as she can muster. Hoping that her encounter with the killer flying spiders was over.

As he listens to Anarra he stops laughing and his voice is filled with sincerity "Forgive me Ma'am" he says as she starts heading back to the shuttle

then looks at the Leih "I was wondering the Spider hunts incests, Vah huts them" he says quietly
"If au like Ma'am au can sleep I keep watch after the spider thing might be a good idea to have someone keep watch" he says to the Leih

They woke in the morning and resumed thier search. (full details are found in the sim log) In the library Ejiul found a hand drawn map, it was fragile and would crumple after a holoimage was taken of the map. On the map was found 2 burial chambers, and what looked like a small settlement.  "We will need to take to a look at what this indicates but only after we finished our search. Let us hope we finish quickly. I will finish looking though this data chips, and hopefully we'll find something." OCC: Special thanks to Ejiul Pardak one of the NY crew members for this map. |

Dan'lia examined the contents of shelves, using tricorder and holocam. She felt strangely like someone was watching, making sure that she treated the object with care. Others would work on reading and understanding, she was content just handling the ancient relics.

She followed the XO up the staircase and down the corridor, she looked at the fantastic Mural.
"Ma'am, I would like to inspect this mural for a few minutes we know since its in a temple it has to be a religious icon and have meaning. If nothing else it will help us to understand them better." She began to take holo images of the mural.
"Is it not beautiful Ma'am."

Investigating an unexplored section of the city, she, Johanas and Samantha had uncovered some interesting stuff. Aparrently even these aliens had a propensity to hide strange things in odd places.
She looks over at Johanas, to see if he found anything in the dusty corners of this particular building.

She laughs as she sees Johanas's find. "I agree, let's sneak some back. I'd be honored to party with you, especially if it's a private party." She blushes in the dark and smiles.
