Regarding: GrabFoot Of~Two Dawns
It had come to my attention that the incorrect rank had been given to Mr. Grabfoot. Tenure wise, he has been the most senior person on the Terrasect since it's inception.
Due to this, his actual rank should have been at least Lieutenant, which was overlooked when he transferred back to Terrasect during the relaunch.
On top of this, I am proud to promote him to the rank of Lieutenant Commander with all the priveleges granted thereto.
