As of the end of this particular leg of the mission, Samuel Grant will be promoted to the rank of Commander, and he will take over as Executive Officer of the Terrasect.
This will be handled in RP in-sim, along with a generalized promotion ceremony.
I would like to congratulate Mr. Grant for his promotion to the rank of Commander, as well as his position shift to Executive Officer.
