He would smile a bit, feeling slight warmth of her hand.
"So you're not surprised too much, my hands are a bit cold. That's a peculiarity of all humanoid Trills."
He would set his fork down and gently place his other hand on top of hers, in a silent gesture that he hoped would show that he truly cared.
"I would be lying if I said I didn't find you attractive, and more than just physically. I appreciate the inner strength that I've seen from you."
He would honestly wonder what could happen if this was allowed to continue, but knew to stay within the appropriate boundaries, for both their sakes.
He had only once been drawn to someone of another species before, but she definitely did not share his feelings. He felt that he was venturing into uncharted territory here with Kestral.

She had to smile his personality and his hands where refreshing for her.
"I noticed but I didn't mind the cold from your hands. It is actually comforting for me."
She pulled up one of her sleaves for him to see better the burn.
"That goes up all the way up to my shoulder on both my arms. So to say that cold is comforting is really the truth."
She then put her sleave down.
"You are very strong yourself and I would be kidding myself if I didn't say how handsome of a man I find you and how enjoyable I find your presence. So, what I'm trying to say is that I share your feelings in that area for I'm very much attracted to you."
She scooted closer to him as in her mind he made the first move to build a close relationship with her, however that may look.
"It is tradition for the male to be the leader in a relationship that is why I did not say anything before you said something. Now the question is how to respectfully develop what is between us into what it is meant to be."

His voice when soft had an almost musical quality to it, but only when he was in a good mood.
"I look forward to gaining some understanding on your customs. I believe that there will be a degree of exploration into our respective customs.
As for progressing, I am open to any suggestions that would help, especially to avoid offending you in any way."

"The only thing that would offend me would be if you stopted talking to me and being honsit and open with me. I value that in a close relationship."
She then looked him in the eyes before letting her emotions go and wraping her arms around his neck. Kissing him on the lips.
"Sorry, I couldn't reisit. You were looking rather tasty."

Deep down he felt surprise at her action, but to reciprocate felt admittedly natural, as he allowed one arm to wrap around her.
He definitely had the chocolate still on his mouth, coupled with a slight taste of the Tarkalean tea. Otherwise, it would be a comparably normal 'taste'.
He would allow himself to respond and kiss her in return, gently, tenderly, knowing that the first kiss is very important in a relationship like this.
With the feelings that were evident, he could not come up with words that would be appropriate.

She still had her arms around him and looked in his eyes. She could tell that he was blown away by the kiss and she then asked him a question.
"Can you take me home with you? I would like to spend more time with you in a much more priveter setting so we can talk to each other without having to worry about others overhearing our converstation."

He was surprised a bit by her request, and realized the need for honesty.
"I had finally gotten my assigned quarters, but I'm still in the process of unpacking, if that's okay. I stored most of my other belongings in other vacant crew quarters, until I can get to them."
He had unpacked most of his pictures and a couple of his musical items, including a special keyboard device that he really appreciated.

"I think that would be alright. I don't decroate my room. Maybe I can help you unpack the rest of the way. It would be better then sitting here in my mind."
She was starting to come off her buzz and was getting anxious being in a public place.

Crio would think for a moment, and then nod in agreement about the need for privacy for their continued discussion.
"Okay. Depending on what your back will let you do.. I don't want you to risk over-exerting yourself."
He had wished he could've just sealed up his quarters until his return, but knew that wouldn't have been allowed, sadly, as he hated packing and unpacking all his things.

"I'll do what you want to be done. I know somethings are best left packed up in storage like I said before and probally will say many times the man leads where I come from."

He would nod slowly.
"Okay. I do appreciate suggestions, though. I will admit I'm used to an equal partnership in a relationship, versus one person always being in charge. This will take some getting used to."
He would stand and help her up, and walk beside her toward the nearest turbolift, and from there, to his quarters.

When they reached Deck 9, which had also been where his quarters were before, Crio led her down to his current assignment, only now realizing that he had gotten his former room assignment again, and admittedly couldn't believe it.
When they came to the door, he keyed in his code and the doors opened, revealing a large, lightly decorated room.
Crio's poker table was still where he had left it, and he had gotten up most of his pictures. On a side desk, away from where his main work desk was, a flat musical keyboard-like device sat, with a music stand just above it.
"Welcome to my humble abode for this ship."
He would bring the lighting up just a bit, as it had been subdued so he could relax earlier, while starting to unpack.

He leans back against the bulkhead left arm hung over the back of his chair, right arm resting on the table as he smiles barely holding back a laugh. He had not seen a Ferengi this eager to serve since he was on starbase 156. "Easy, I'm not going any where. I mean aside from this place and, on a Ship no less, where else could I go. I will take some Millipede juice. but not the watered down synthesized stuff you sell the rest of your customers."
