Age: 40
Gender: Female
Race: Bajoran
Physical Description: Female Bajoran with the standard facial ridging. Dark hair, and clear eyes. She has the look of eagles in her expressions. Very sharp mentally, and in her speech mannerisms. She is very precise in her movements and personal hygiene. Her complexion reflects her race, being a dark nutmeg in color. She stands 5’6", and looks up at no one.
History: She was born into a large family, though she is the middle daughter, having 2 older siblings, a sister and a brother, and two younger, both sisters. She was born two years into the Cardassian Occupation, and grew up fearing that her family would be torn apart for use in other labor camps. Her youngest sister was killed when she was 4, and though she was not present at the death, it affected her deeply. The rest of her siblings were killed one by one during the rebellion. Her parents pleaded with her to follow a path of passive resistance, to which they would not listen. Wynn also had a burning desire to reciprocate against the Cardassians, but due to her age, and a pagh'tem'far she had when she was 20, she followed her parent’s pleas.
Though she followed a passive resistance, this did not make her immune from the call of the rebellion, which she joined shortly after her vision. She was considered her cell’s scrounger, because she had a way of getting the items and materials they needed for their more aggressive acts. Though always in the shadows, her code name was well spoken of through out the rebellion, and she was soon moved to a cell containing most of the central command. There she served until the first talks were initiated with the Federation. She was with the initial Ambassador’s entourage, but remained behind once the party left. Her lines of communications to the cell were led to believe she had remained behind to gather more information about the Federation’s claims and plans with Bajor, but her plans were somewhat different. She intended to become an officer, so that she could strike back at those who had injured her family, and killed her brother and sisters.
Starfleet History: At age 26 she entered into the Bajoran Militia where she served her internship as the company scrounger collecting needed supplies for her cell. Upon full acceptance, she had been moved from the initial cell through several others to Central. Graduating into the knowledgeable, she was posted to the USS Navajo where she served for 2 years as a diplomatic envoy and ambassador, before applying for full transfer to the Federation after the Occupation had ended. Her request granted, she entered into Federation Service she began her Federation tenure with the Navajo with the Rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.
Upon request, she was transferred to the USS Baltimore where she served running border patrols for the next 6 months. When her ship was destroyed during a Dominion incursion, she was transferred to the USS Hope to serve as the Second Officer. She was promoted during her stay several times for her efforts in both tactical and communications, finally ending her tenure aboard the ship USS California as a Lt. Commander when it was decommissioned.
Her next post was with the USS Cobalt, serving as the operations manager under Captain Ne’kal. She remained there for several years, continuing her personal vendetta against the Cardassians. She had managed to keep it quiet from all of the prior ship’s councilors, but was called out upon the issue when the current Betazed councilor felt her response in attacking a Cardassian Raider’s ship.
She was reprimanded severely, and reduced one rank for hiding the critical information about herself, but was re-instated after an appeal to the fleet command, and agreeing to participate in counseling regarding her obsession.
Personality: She desires to destroy the Cardassians responsible for killing her siblings, and pulling her family apart. However, she is deeply spiritual, and if she is shown in a pagh'tem'far that she has to work with them, she would. Though not with out some friction. She is loyal to her commanding officers, and respectful to her underlings.
Federation History:
Onsite Commandant for 2368 Red Squad
XO of USS Galatea
Additional Notes: None.
