On the way to her quarters she stopped the Kolar-s rhe. She need to mediate and to calm her mind. The Riov had given her a personal assignment to complete.
She entered and bowed then walked to a mediation mat. She lit a yellow candle that symbolized ones mind, and unpredictably. As the candle lit she looked at and then mediate on the need to stabilize and collect her thoughts so she could complete her task. And to gain inner guidance on accepting the unpredictable nature of the Terran. And in a way the Vulcan too.
After 20 minutes passed she blew out the candle, stood, reclaimed the candle and left for her quarters.

As she walked to the Kholar-a rhe, she thought about the events that led to her being transferred here. At first she was trilled, and now. She was not so sure.
Her meeting with the lloann'mhrahel kunhri (Federation crew) was the first time she meet anyone from the lloann'mhrahel. She wasn't sure what she thought of them. But she was impressed with the easy manner Riov Radiak seemed to have with them.
As she entered the room she bowed slightly, then walked to where the candles were. She chose a green one, that symbolized the element Earth. She felt as if she needed to renew and to foster her endurance.
She walked to a mediation mat, then kneeling she lit the candle. She focused on the single candle flame, and began her mediation. After 20 minutes she blew out the candle, stood up and left for her quarters.

After some time taking a look around the ship, Vrih made his way to the Kholar-a rhe (Elements Room). Walked in side and begins to pick the red candle, symbolizing the Fire element. He would want to strengthen his soul and to give him the passion and strength that he needs for his new assignment on the ship and his own being. He lit the candle and goes to the mat to kneel down.
He focused his complete attention on the flame and meditates for more than an hour before he was through. He found that meditating for at least an hour for a few days a week helps him clear his mind and focus his mind where it needs to be. Once an hour has passed, he gotten up and blew out the candle. He exits Kholar-a rhe (Elements Room) and makes his way towards his quarters.

In the Elements Room was a contemplative alcove. Within had been placed a large stone, flat and smooth on the top, surface polished to a mirrored black. In it a cut had been made, hollowing out a well in the center of the stone. In this had been placed small, polished and faceted clear quartz stones. Water flowed up from underneath the stones but did so so slowly that is created no disturbance. It flowed out and across the flat of the stone, adding it's own reflection to the glassy surface. The water then slowly trickled down the outside where is was recollected and cycled once more to the top. A stone bench was set nearby where one could sit and meditate.

While she was walking she passed the Kholar-a rhe, she turned and walked to the door. As it hissed open she entered and was surrounded by the serene feeling the room invoked. She went over to the bench that faced the fountain sitting down her mind focused on the scene before her.
Time passed and as it did she was filled with peace and calmness. She must have sat there for at least 30 minutes before she began to mediate on the events that brought her here.

She began her mediation focusing on the alliance and how it would reflect on all Rihannsu. She knew there were groups that were opposed to such an alliance. In many ways she agreed and in others she saw the wisdom in the Empires reasoning.
She allowed herself to slip into a deep mediative state.

Her medation proved to be more benifical then she hoped for. She sat there a few more minutes then got up and went to Lhil.
