Aefhve ih na RES Dhivael (Welcome to the Romulan Star Empire Stormbird). We have been given the honor of being the first Rihannsu Warbird in the UF Fleet.
Kholairlh-a ssaed-asi (Elements willing) we shall not fail to make the Empire proud of our service in this epic struggle to unite and maintain a peace between the Federation, Klingon and Romulan Empires. We welcome all species and cultures to the RES Dhivael.
The ship will be run according to Rihannsu custom and rules. My main purpose is to show that the quadrant that we as Romulans are honorable, passionate, caring and are not the stereotype type villains that we have been made out to be. But be aware that though we have these ideals, we are still a warrior race and will abide by our 2000 years of history.
