Once the TL doors opened he walked down the corridor and entered his quarters. He placed his uniforms in his locker. He sat on his bead feeling the firmness of it.
This was his first assignment to such a large ship as HoD.It was his duty to make sure the ship performed to the high standard he had.He would make sure songs of the bortaS were sang in every house in the empire.
He took out his Bat'Leth and checked its sharpness. He ran a wet stone in downward strokes across the blade.Once satisfied he placed it on his shoulder.
Knowing there would be a mountain of paper work to be done before the ship could even launch he stood and decided he might as well get it done.

He enters his Quarters he feels his bed "A good Warriors bed" he grows "Much better than the Federations soft beds", he starts puts away his things.
Taking his fathers Bat'Leth he looks at its razor sharpness "This Bat'Leth will bring me many Victories" he grins, when he finishes putting his things away, she grabs his paper work and starts going over his security force

After reporting in made her way to her quarters, walking in she looked around, "Finally proper quartes for a warrior. " She smiled at that after being on a Federation ship she was glad to be back home.
Walking back out she went into the living area. She took off her duffel bag and the bat'leth. Putting the bag on her bed, she unpacked it. She placed the few personal items she kept on a ship on the dresser.
Re-entering the living area she went over and retrieved her bat'leth. She placed it on the wall brackets that was there, standing back she became lost in thoughts of an earlier time.
"Arishela, my Be'puq (daughter) I want you to take this. It belonged to your grandmother. When she died she instructed me to give this to you, her first granddaughter. Its blade has only known honor and I know *that* will remain unbroken with you."
Standing there in front of her vovay her expression became serious as she listened to him. Her hearts filled with pride as she reached for the precious gift. She handled the blade slightly and marveled at its weight and workmanship.
Her Vovay watched her and stepped back, then he reached for his own and they began to spar. He didn't make it easy on her and increased his speed and intensity of the mock attack. As they progressed he pointed out a few flaws in the way she handled the bat'leth. The spar ended when she drew first blood, he smiled at her.
"I see there is no need to be concerned my be'puq', you are skilled beyond my exceptions. My hearts are filled with pride."
It was a memory she carried with her and considered often. Divok, her vovay is known for this skill as a warrior and his ability to command. So this meant a lot to her.
She went to the replicator and got a raktajino. Sitting on the couch while she drank it she considered the new turn of events her life took. Her life had not been one of boredom since becoming a warrior.

Pressing the panel to allow her access to the quarters that were her’s she then walked in taking a deep breath and then growling softly pleased with the scent of home present in the room. Allowing herself a brief smile she threw her duffel into the sleeping area of her quarters, to deal with it later, right now she wanted to know about the personal replicator. She pressed the panel on it and it was written in Klingon that produced a light laugh and a deeper grin as she went to her sleeping part of her quarters.
Finding the duffel smack dab in the middle of the floor she picked it up and put the cloths in it away. Already her family armor was hanging up in the closet part of it she tucked her personal clothing away in the dresser part and put her brush right where she was use to finding it no matter what ship she was on. Seeing the bed she knew she was going to be comfortable as it was flat and didn’t give much when she pressed her hand on it.
Stepping out of the sleeping area she took her bat’lth from her back and hung it right where it should be just outside of her personal sleeping area on the wall. A sign that she was the owner of these quarters and then crossed her arms in approval this was going to serve the purpose it needed to serve her and do it well. Looking out the view port for a while she then unfolded her arms and decided to roam the ship as there was going to be some down time and it would be a good way to bond with the warriors that she would be serving as doctor for as well as serving with in battle.
With one look back into her quarters she spoke softly, a rare thing for her to do, before leaving, “Let us die with honor brothers for tomorrow is not promised to come for us.” With that she turned and left.

She went back to her quarters after the singing and drinking in the mess she was ready to start getting to know the warriors that she just spent time with and would be soon tending to their wounds making sure they could stand before sending them back to duty. Knowing full well she was anything but typical she fought her way to her rank and now was going to prove to her staff just how iron fisted and all knowing she was.
Turning on the computer and sitting behind the small desk that was in the quarters she accessed the databank of the Imperial Guard to look upon the service records that were kept of the crew that she was now with. She wanted to know every weak point and every illness they currently have so to be able to not be taken by surprise. The databank gave briefs but that was all medical history was kept brief for good reason so it took her a relatively short time to study them all.
Having officer training and fully capable of taking on a leadership role on the ship she looked out the port once more thoughts of how this one was going to turn out was in her mind. Spending this time alone and sorting out all things around her made her realize that even though being a Doctor was not glorious for most it was honorable for her and that she made the right choice to take up that post rather than another.
A few hours pasted and the affects of drinking the blood wine that would kill most races but just mildly buzzed her started to take effect. She could feel her legs start to beg her to sleep so she shut the light off and retired for the evening.

Sometime after the Crews meeting Kalore sat in his Quartershe sat atthe tiny steel slab that served as a table looking athis Family crest before snapping it back to his Sash remembering when hewas first allowed to wear it
Kalore stood at the beginning of what looked like a stream of elders that ran on forever his shirt had been removed to show bare skin he was already sweaty from the heat and, the hunt. He took Several deep breaths before he began to chant the Costmary words then walked between the lines of elders He could feel the Charges going through his body as well as the heat on his shin but, he would not scream he merely continued to speak proudly and, confidently through the pain, " Today I am a Warrior." He could smell his own blood as it ran from cuts on his arms and back from the use of Small whips and pain sticks. " I must show you my hearts." his legs hurt as each time a pain stick orwhip hit him his legs cramped up but he forced himself to continue. " I travel the river of blood". He had repeated the chant until finally made it through the long Line of elder Warriors. His Father Kallaor took a Sash from a long wooden table and, placed it over Kalore's bleeding shoulder And spoke. "Today Kalore, Son of Kallaor, House of Kamarag You have taken the first step as a Warrior. Understand this" , pointed to the Klingon Symbol. "you will not be judged by your words but, by your actions." He then placed the Kamarag family crest on the sash. "All you do will bring either honor or, dishonor to you and, your family both your ancestors as well as your children's children for many generations." Kalore stood up removed his Uniform Except the pants then laid down for sleep.

He tossed the bag down on the platform that served as a bed. It rang metal against metal and echoed around the nearly empty room. The lighting was low and tinted red. The room smelled unused, he thought. No trace of sweat or leather, stone or incense. It was his to make his own just as this new position was.
Kev unslung the bat'leth from his shoulder, leaning it against the locker. He would hang it later in a place of honor. He pulled open the bag and took out uniforms, including ceremonial pieces, personal effects and lastly the item that had made the bed ring, the meq'leth that had belonged to his Father. Kev held it, tracing the blades edges with his fingers. It was so sharp that the lightest touch drew blood. He set it alongside the bat'leth and stood activating the ship's computer from the wall panel.
"Computer, where is ra'wI' D'herack?
Receiving the answer that he was on the bridge, Kev slapped closed the link and left to report in.

He entered his quarters which was slightly larger then the regular beq', but still smaller and more cramped then the Federation counterpart. A slight perk afford by his rank and one he enjoyed. He picked up his duffel bag that was brought to his quarters by a mang earlier. He carried it to the sleeping area, hefting it onto the steel rack that served as his bed he opened it. Taking out his weapons first he placed them in an area of honor, in the living area. Then the holo images of his family he placed on the table, next to his family he placed the image of Tavana he smiled as he looked at it. She had chosen him as her mate. Before they shared the vows she was sent on an assignment. She was with special operations, he knew she was an assassin. Something he should not have known, and even Tavana didn't know he knew. But then he knew how to keep his tongue. Tavana, daughter of Tanang, House of Kiosan. It was a house clouded in mystery. Many knew it was more then just Da'Har masters, teachers. But nothing was ever truly known. He re entered the sleeping area and finished unpacking his uniforms, and personal items. Finally he finished and got cleaned up. He heard the chimes to his quarters, he went to the door and saw a mang carrying a small package. The mang looked uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. D'herack took the package that was wrapped in the skin of a targh and tied with string. He held it apprehensively and looked down at it. Something inside him felt dread that was engulfing him by the second. After what seemed like hours, when it was in reality only minutes he walked to the small couch and sat down. He opened the package and looked at its contents unable to move, speak, or even react. There was disbelief only. Inside was the assassin blade Tavanna was known to use. This could only mean one thing, she was in Sto-vo-kor and her family sent him this. He turned it over and over, on it was the green blood of its last victim still on it. Suddenly as if the floodgates to Gre'Thor opened. Klingons lacking the tear ducts necessary for tears he was unable to cry. He threw his head back and yelled the death howl with all his being. Not just once but twice to tell the universe a Klingon warrior was on her way. It was loud enough to be heard by anyone near where he was . So great was his pain it may have been heard and felt even futher on the ship, viberating off the bulkheads and deckplanking.

He rose like any other day stepped out of the shower sat on the bunk his clean uniform laid wher he had set ithe night before. he dried the quickly brushed his long curly hair which touched the lower part of his shoulder blades. Getting dressed he stood straightening his long sleeve shirt before setting his leather and Chain maile vest then the sash in place next were the bracers followed by his fingerless gloves next was the belt pouch and holster. He stood 6 feet 5 inches and a very lean muscular 235 pounds. A Smile crosed his face as his Boots with their metalic over lays smacked the deck a Few Klingons went with the leatherhis Boots as well as his two d'k tahg had his house symbol embedded within them ons d'k tahg went in the sheath on his belt the other in the sheath made into his boot he never wore one without the other. The seathe it would eventualy rest in sat beside it on it was the Crest of the House of Kamarag.

Kalore lay on the Metal Slab that functioned as a bed in his quarters. From ther he could see the Crest sitting on the corner of his table and was reminded of his last mission on him. He was after all not only a Klingon warrior but, a Marine. It was a mission that countless hours had been spent in the planning every contengency had been considered. Failure after all was not an option. On the far side of the Empire away from the Federation is another group of planets of which the Klingons have on going wars with.It seems the Two planets though some light years apart developed about the same time with very Simular life forms under simular environments one planet call themselves Cruations Imperial Planets the other Klingons. were so inclined to study might find they had a Common ancestry. Both were very aggressive peoples There Imperial planets were quite extensive and, had been at war with the Klingon Empire for centuries interrupted by periods of peace....... ....

s he enterd his quarter he began putting the items he took off in their proper place one of those was the Emblem of the K'tinga a ship He served before the bortaS.
While on patrols the IKV K'tinga was given the mission to investigate what intelligence told was a Military base on Cyprus II It had taken Weeks to reach Cyprus II they had remained Cloaked until the last minute. A Dampening field had forced them to descend to the surface by way of an assault transport which reached for the planets surface in what many called a controlled free fall. This was not Kalores first choice as he preferred to wait to announce their presence once they were at the Compound, as it stands now they would need to move fast covering their tracks as they made the two hour trek to their appointed target. Of course he loved a good battle but to announce your presence to early was to ensure failure. Klingons were not Cowards but, they were not fools either. As they made their way to the Compound keeping quiet until the time was right. Each warrior knew that failure was not an option. They were at the edge of what was a large forest well, Jungle was most likely a more appropriate description, before them separated by 100 meters of grass land was the compound surrounded by a wall some 12 meters high. a Reconnaissance proved that the wall completely surrounded the compound with towers at each of the corners with two guards in each one. There were also two Guards posted at the main entrance that made round rounds across the front wall. Kalore could not help but shake the feeling of an ambush or being watched to that end he had sent two Sentinels out to make a large circle around them they were to increase that circle at regular intervals. Each knew their jobs and had earned Kalores respect in many battles. M'Kota and D'ghor quietly made their way to the Compound crawling this made holding the knife each could use in their mouths a necessity for speed. Two more were sent to take out the guards in the two towers facing them. between the four this will leave the front of the Compound unguarded or so Kalore hoped, Still seemed too easy he waited for a Signal from the Sentinels. Timing was essential so he waited for their Signal or lack there of, every one was in position .IF the wait was too long it would be up to the Second group would step Forward to take his place as the assumption would be he had failed and that was not an option.
After the Appropriate amount of time He gave the Signal if the Enemy was out there they would just have to act his teams time was at hand. M'Kota Jumped quietly at the Cruation. Her blade struck true and, the guard slid down her form to the ground she made sure he saw who his attacker was before he took his last breath then made her way to the main Door. D'ghor knew it was time as the guard walked past him with out noticing. D'Ghor stood up his Knife finding the Space between the guards ribs his mouth already covered to quit any sound. He let the guard drop to the grass then stepped over him making his way to the main door. Kalore lead his small Squad toward the Compound. Finally they reached the Giant doors as they opened Kalore lead his squad through, Disrupter fire began to explode from both sides. Kalore himself was already Firing, As he took Cover he motioned for D'Ghor to take a team to the left M'Kota a team to the right. This left him Three Following him to hit the Iron doors in the Center of the Compound. Stopping the few meters short of the Iron doors he through a Grenade which attached itself Solidly to the Steel before exploding sending Shrapnel through the two guards. D'Ghor heard the Explosion a quick glance over his Shoulder told him the Missions objectives would soon be complete. This was a large place they had gone 48 meters fighting all the way, now they had to fight their way out to the Designated place for Transport. the spark of Disrupter fire hit a Statue behind him splattering Rock sharps in his direction. He quickly turned fired taking down one of the enemy before another shot exploded to his side though it actually missed he was blinded by the light for a second. M'Kota knew that part of her mission was complete as she saw Kalore enter the armory now her Team was to buy them time to Complete their task. A Cruation Came at her his Blade ready to strike She was willing to oblige pulling her own from its sheathe. Just as the Warrior was in range she made sure to draw first blood as her knife found the spot just below his sternum pulling the blade from his chest M'Kota sheathed it again as she took the Disrupter in her other hand. The IKV K'tinga was perfect for this mission, with several mark 12 Cannons as well as Mark 10 cannons it had the ability to stand up against any vessel it might encounter. HoD Kallour had been the only HoD to serve on him since he left the Ship yards some seven years ago. At the moment they were in Synchronous orbit with nothing to do until Kalore and, the others contacted them. Kallour was ready for the battle he knew would ensue once they de cloaked. until then there was nothing to do but wait. He was brought from his thoughts when the operations officer inform him the main force had entered the Compound. He sat straighter in his seat his only response was a grunt as his eyes now went from one Bridge officer to the next. He was judging their readiness for the coming Battle. He knew from experience that each officer felt his eyes upon them. D'Ghor was entrusted with destroying the Security grids blocking the Transporter he and, his squad ducked inside the small building to the left this would leave M'Kota and her squad to fight by themselves as he went down a Corridor apparently those stationed in here had gone out to join the fight. Kalore and, the two remaining warriors fought their way into the laboratory. computers and consoles lined the walls the Device they wanted was center stage much too large to carry. The two Warriors placed a Transponder on the Device while Kalore pulled the Data from a Console, once finished he tossed the data pad to one of them Slapped an explosive device on another Console with a delay as he spoke into the Com badge. Just as he turned he heard the ringing noise of the Transporters beaming up the two warriors and, the prize they came to get. He set a few more Explosive devices as he moved through the Building heading back the way he came. it took him longer than he thought to reach the main door for just as he saw the ensuing battle the Explosions began from the lower levels up. He stepped into the open his disrupter now worthless he pulled his Mek-liths and quickly took down a Cruations. in the distance he could see M'Kota and D'Ghr fighting their way toward the gate it was time to find the Designated place for Transport he moved quickly stopped by another Cruations giving him a blow to his side, being Klingon this was the kind of battle he liked one on one, bloody, who was the best warrior that day. No sooner had he Exited the Main building then the Explosions began making their way toward him. He Again pulled out his mek-liths, seeing the two main parties he fought his way toward them meeting them at the gate it took no more than a nod for all to understand it was time to find the designated Transporter position. HoD Kallour laughed when he heard the Cloaking and only Two of the party had beamed aboard He new before it was said that Kalore was not among them. Now that they were no longer cloaked it would not be long before one of the Cruations battle cruisers would meet them. "Ready weapons !" No sooner had he spoken the order the ship felt as if it had been hit by a hammer at the stern Sparks flew from consoles he him self was thrown from his seat. "Return Fire " he spoke to the One at Tactical as he stood now staring at the Screen. " I said return Fire! 'his tone leaving no doubt what would happen if the Officer failed or gave an excuse."Operations I want to see that Vermon on my screen. Kallour knew what the problem was but, they were suppose to be the best therefore there could be no excuse. The K'tinga shook again this time a Volley of torpedoes streamed across the screen then exploded revealing a Cruatian Ship. He heard one of the crew report damage to the lower decks. Even more important damage to the enemy vessel as another Volley of torpedoes struck it again "Yesss!" Kallour spoke with a laugh "Hit them hard let them know who was here then retrieve those on the ground then lets go home we have an appointment to keep." He knew they would need to move fast, how many times could one snatch victory from defeat. Fighting the whole way each of them now spattered with the blood of Cruations stood Shoulder to shoulder each using the weapons of their choice. They should have been transported up by now M'Kota knew this meant the K'tinga was busy, she gave a Battle cry as she went head long into the growing battle if she were to die then she would warn the Black fleet of her coming her self. She felt a Cruation blade strike her shoulder the pain only served to heighten her senses as her Mek'lith found its mark. Stepping over the warrior she moved to the next.
Kallour Sat in his Chair watching his crew work each one enjoying the battle at hand Both ships had suffered damage so had his patience the Cruation vessel struck again but it seemed the Sheilds held Now he stood his voice strong and loud within the Confines of the Bridge,"Destroy them now!" The Cruation Vessel exploded in a ball of fire as a Volley of Torpedoes struck. Kallour sat back with a smile on his face as one of the Bridge crew looked his way the Smile disappeared as he gave a Grunt. A finger struck the Controls on his Arm console as he spoke to the Transporter technician some decks below. "Beam them up" Kalore as well as the others stepped off of the Pads each knew where their duties were while ship side. M'Kota entered engineering to met by K'Mpek when he was not fighting alon side Kalore he was running engineering. As he lead her to the Cloaking Device they had appropiated a few munites ago already half enstalled."I saved the best part for you" he spoke with a smile on his face."You waste your talents on those assault missions. " M'Kota laughed as she grabbed a Circuit tester." I notice you went." He too began to finish the instulation, "Sure but you notice I always get the toys. You have proven what you are besides, You have more experience With Ships systems and other Engineering techniques than most engineers in the fleet" M'Kota made the last connection with an angry look on her face. "You and the rest here always want to remind me that my House is not one of warriors." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
