Greetings,
To the crew of the USS Vindicator I am pleased to announce several changes. While I can't be with you since I'm at the Typhoon Expense on a rescue mission the United Forces still moves forward.
The first change is one I know you all be happy to hear. LT. Colonel Allen is now promoted to full Colonel. And he is now given command of the ship. Congratulations Colonel Thomas Allen.
The second change is that he will no longer be your acting commanding officer. Colonel Allen is now your commanding officer.
The third and final change is the ship your on. You are no longer on the USS Vindicator, that ship has been decommissioned. Your new ship is the USS Tarawa UFMV 70251. She is in the same docking area as the USS Vindicator.
