Her in the final few hours of the year I've discovered that it is time fora few changes on the ship security is sloppy and inefficient and I feel i'm assisting in promoting that sloppiness there for the change must come from within first before moving into anything more advanced and tretraining the crew. double duty adn training exercises round the clockl for this ship tillI have everytthing whi[pped into shape again. after leave of course::smiles::

This Log is a bit late but i'm still on leave jsut stoppede din to check on the Aryes progress to bajor. i doid arrive a bit late to my station but was able to remain the whole time.
things were relitivewly uneventful around the security station course business as usual for a security guard. well needless to say the cardassians are still chasing us down for the Orb.. what cardassians would do with a bajorian orb is beyond me ..hood ornimate perhaps? well needlessto say all security teams are on highest alert the Aryes has an intresting history I would hate any boarding parties from the cardassians ::chuckles and smiles::

This evening as usual back to work and in the thick of it finally unloaded our cargo which was safely in the hands of theta team. when we closed on baljor Kwin Keith sowren and myself transported to the planet stopping to think fast i replicated two exact copies of the orbs box. combining my forces wit the marines we entered the transported room and quickly closed on the Vedeks location Keith and I guarding the Vedek and sowren we closed on the temple a few hundred yards from the temple. as to be expected we encountered resistance, cardassian marine forces and a cardi warship in orbit. the situation grave colonel Fox and Myself coordinated an effort to close in and circle up on the cardi ground forces sent the couriers ahead in three man teams broken between security forces and Marine troopers moving and firing quickly to suppress the enemy closing\. clearing them back to the temple. cardassian marines cleared once their ship had taken heavy damage leaving theta guard to deliver the Orb into the hands of Bajorian security and the Vedek::smiles slightly:: the Vedek even troubled to compliment to strength of my soul from a Bajorian that is very very high praise. perhaps the Prophets are smiling down on me this day and forever> I hope we all did the bajorian people a high service this evening

finally have all the details of the bonding hammered out and ready to go Sunday in two weeks seems to be the 29th Sundays always a wonderful time fora bonding or a ceremony of any sort as how theres always time for everything and a lovely reception after the fact. I should hope to see as many faces there as i can> me family is en route as we speak and should be arriving from Betazed shortly. it would also seem I've generated a new job in the fleet as the3 VS in the Frontier its a pleasure serving and living laughing with and loving all of you. p.s. the house is almost completed dry wall up and final paint job going as I type it sounds beautiful, breath taking every minute of life from her on out.

THis evening should have been down time for us all however. shrotly into my duty cycle I was asked by captain sowren to inspect a program on the holodeck that apparently had been running for well over 7 hours complete with logged inacticity by a mamber of my security team an Ensign Johnson. the VS J'Den and my self accompanied by Bryans had initially entered the program to attempt to shut it down in hopes that the missing crewmen would appear. when taht proved unsuccessful the crew and compliment were suddenly transported into the 1930s vegas simulation and all possiable mechanicial methods of exit were apparently blocked. crew and myself currently trapped in this badly upholsterd versooin onf the sands casoino on freemont street. J'Den and myself followed ensign Johnsons com signal to the rear of the casinos alley way where the CMO was able to determine he had been dying for several hours. Johnson died there in my arms muttering a few last words about mobsters a woman named susan and his winnings . freemont street simulation is a place iI often spend my off time the originial program should have ended in a shoot out in the alley and the eventual death of frankie the corrrupt pitboss at the poker tables in charge of an embezzlement scheme but it is apparent tlo me tha those prerameters have been changed and due to the recent death of johnson that the safeties have been removed. very little information about the murder at this moment but rest assured when the murder of adetective is involved theres something major going down. Hope to be to the bottom of this soon. I would love to see my quarters again some time as opposeed to a 5 dollar a night room in the high rollers suites. :chuckles:: on a more personal noote J"Den is a valuable resource for much needed cash card counters are a good thing to have around hwnen your trying to find a quick meal.

finally geting closer to the bottom of this mystery we finally cornered the dealer sammi with the help of clara the beautiful and seductive woman led him right to us. Sammi was able to tell us that a man named frankie ran most everything out this way and he had several triggermen that could have easily killed ensign johnson Roland being the most skilled and capiable from the times i've run the simulation your supposed to be able to easily get the drop of Roland if you keep him destracted namely witha lady friend or some such thing I also understand trinia is working frankie himself over for information in the only way she can. ya know being charming and "vuneriable" frankie as well has been known to havea way with the ladies I wish them all the best of luck and stand at the ready to step in if things get rough. enjoying myself here and would hate for things to come to a sudden halt but s it would seem everytime anyone disturbs the simulations matrix the situation just gets thicker

Hoorah fora great team effort finally outta the vegas simulation it will most likely be years before i run that one again. ended beuatifully a huge shoot out complete witha few injuries and now apparently a rogue program most all the goons killed in thier own cross fire and frankie as well but somehow roland escaped. well either way the simulation was shot down when the main power was cut . that doesn't exactly say we have seen the very end of all this. but that does say I finally get some shore leaqve and thank goodness for it i was growing toired of the constant fighting :smiles: that and i have more raquet ball to play

this ship has been a blesing and learning experience for me the crews friendly and out going helpful staff and a wonderful CNS. things are looking better here all the time the bonding between myself and Jenina has been slightly delayed but should come in the next month and thats fine. in the mean time i got to witness mark micheals((danrea now) and Anarras bonding Marks a human but very respectful of everyones culture and especially sensitive to the Betazoids ::laughing:: and a good thing to Anarra strikes me as a no nonsense kinda girl. she'll be good for him should straighten him out just fine either way i'm happy for them. onh and on a side note I must be on someones good list admiral charan on the frontier jsut awarded me a full LT classification. everydays a push toward my goals now that everythings lined up I just watch the chips fall in place.

we have finally coordinated with the friontier to put an end to this alien weirdness once and for all. unfortunate for us after the crew was returned the ASryes was so badly damaged we needed to be tugged home and escorted by the frontier. embressing really however we are set in for repairs and currently interrogating an alien hostage a scientist that is being rather tight lipped about thier peoples involvement with the bajorians and the sector in general... of course i have threatened to conduct my own experiments on the hostage ::shrugs:; thats a bit outside of my hands however i had a chance to get in some good medicial scans and will start coordinating research the alien mentioned something about thier blood and dna assisting in thier species survivial intresting really and worthy of deeper research perhaps i'll look into this soon

Still in the heart of the Breen incursion this time on the far side of the delta quadrant hunting down the reason behind the aliens trespass into bajorian space in the first place amid all this mystery we had but one more a thief entered our armory and stole a few photon grenades and managed to clean out all our chaches of power packs and a few rifles heading to the shuttle bays Meith as I were able to talk the traiter out of hiding hes implyed the beginning of of a plot to leave us disarmed and defenseless and chasing him to the wormhole so we could fall back into the middle of the madness wiht the reptile aliens yet again. and on an intresting side note the traitors name is delara a known traitor to the betazoid peoples and weapons sales to the cardassians during that war a man that is hated and reviled by all. but now hes in my custodyand fully willing to surrender to me as how he hads little options left.

this was finally the evening a perfect day and a perfect situation. the bonding was successful just as we had planned Jenina was a trooper through it all between our mothers fighting and arguing almost cancelling the whole thing and Her father finally stepping in to calm the whole thing over and talking it all back out before the ceremony what incredable energy that man has and what dignity politely stepping aside when the time was right. other than watching my mother and jens mother break down in tears everything went off without a hitch a beautiful service my thanks to Fleet Adlmirial Jim Harsting and Admirial Charan Taylar for thier help and my heart goes out to Lesli morris who provided all the music and at the last minute all those wonderful Klingons that filled the temple at the last minute. it was great seeing some of my old crew back from the Ghom and of course Kmarah and Laquv at the reception which went off without a hitch regardless of the company that showed up later. needless to say its been a high energy day and now i feel completely at peace and as one with jen an honest member of her family today and forever we are one on two bodies standing forever as one.

well after a long and well deserved break i've finally taken back to my station and discovered ourselves back into the heart of conflict. A conflict to rescue the residents of a dying ocamppa wolrd from the hands of the cardassians that are hounding them, a conflict to save the dying planet if we can and a race against time. Why is it the instant i get settled in things get rough again?

Another early morning and another early duty shift we have finally made way from starbse 234. at the end of a well deserved leave from duties misson as of yet undetermined however on a personel note the captain has finally had her child a little boy named will junior haven't had a chance to se him yet but I understand hes a rather unique fellow. well underway to the edge of the alpha quadrant jens been informed of my new assignment direction and location spent a bit of time with her while we were docked everythings looking good and doing well untill next time

Will the fun never end?? this evening we are hot on the trail of Orion raiders that have revcently hit a planet in the darken sector. Doctor Shaw thankfully has devised a plan to counter the female Orion pheramones but unfortunatly I am to be his first test subject .... the things we do for fun.. amazing well its a wide pattern innoculation for away teams and limited dispursal for shipwide use apparently its safe though the period of time it remains active is not known yet nor the maximum safe dosage per species pin cushion one day. lab rat the next. but my teams seem prepared to handle a ship wide invasion as always or planetary duties and needless to say some of those boys have no trouble being used as a stick pin. As long as i come home from this one i none piece and manage to keep the team together I'm sure we will do fine
