Yuna was posted in the fleet for a brief time but then went on LOA. When she left her old ship, a transporter malfunction occured and she was lucky to make it back alive, but the malfuction changed her.. literally. The mishap had reversed the aging process, making her younger, erasing what she learned and experianced after she had graduated Star Fleet Academy
Yuna was taught at an early age to pilot a shuttle and be able to fix any system that gets a glitch in it, making her a good candidate for Engineer, but she always preferred Navigation
