"What? No breadfruit?" She threw her hands up in mock horror. "Doesn't it seems a little strange that this small starbase has such a large number of privately run establishments? I would have thought a standard galley would have suited their purposes well enough."
Although Clyde kept a sedate pace, Kiele had to walk quickly to keep up. "After we eat, I intend to request a meeting with the base's commander. I'm starting to feel as if they need our help here more then we need their's."

Aboard Aryes, the vole, a pregnant female, has found an open access panel and made herself at home inside, first establishing a nest and then exploring the connecting tubes and passageways. Having been programmed to detect energy emissions and associate them with food, she snuffles her way toward engineering.

He glanced at Clyde as he suggested some places to eat, chuckling at the Colonel's mock horror expression. He then wrinkled his own nose, maybe from the bad milkshake smell now on him from the admiral, or the selection Clyde gave, or both. "Hey Clyde, we're human, not fish. That's a lot of sea food for one person."
He then walked with Clyde, Cindy and the Colonel, having to quicken his pace a little to keep up with Clyde.. and he thought hje already had a rather brisk walking pace.
Even as they walked the smell of his wet shirt got to him "Sorry guys, but I need to go find a clean shirt and burn this one." He then turned to go back to the ship, thinking Cindy wouldn't want a kiss, not with the smelly shirt on.
On the way back to the ship, he spotted a clothing store and decided to stop in there

He came out of his office after finally finishing his research, some would admire his blind dedication to his profession but most probably thought he was crazy. Rob came how simply because he heard all the noise from the biobeds, where he saw Zeela freaking out trying to get bugs off of her that were not actually there. At first he assume it was a psychotic episode, especially since he looked at the sickbay doors that were now closed and nothing was present. He hurriedly walked to Zeela, ready to call psych, but not yet. "Zeela, calm down, your safe here. Do you know where you are? Whats wrong?"

As walked what was a normal pace for him Kiele had to walk at a fast pace, he slowed down so the others could walk at a normal pace.
"Yes it is defiantly looking like they need our help" he thought for a moment "It is unusual their are so many privately run establishments maybe its been or is being converted to civilian?....At any rate if 4G Inc. owned this it would not be like this" He laughs
He was going to tell Aidan he likes seafood when he went to change his shirt, he looked at Cindy funny who was breathing threw her mouth

Kiele sat down with her tray of food. She tried to keep her mood positive. What the starbase was experiencing was nothing more than a minor problem and she needn't worry about it, but in the pit of her stomach, she couldn't shake off the feeling of something more serious running beneath the surface like a dark undercurrent.
She tried to convince herself that it was only the stress of the last few missions. She really hadn't had the time to properly process and deal with everything that had happened. She simply tucked it away and continued to do what was expected of her and now if was finally resurfacing and demanding to be dealt with. That was partially true but there was something else to it and she picked at her food disinterestedly, unable to really enjoy it.
She straightened and smiled at Clyde and Cindy. "I'm sorry Clyde but I don't know who or what 4G Inc is. Would you please fill me in? "

He noticed Kiele playing with her food "You have that feeling as well, theirs more to this than just voles" he says eating
"Theirs something not quite right about this, I can't place my fingerer on it but something is not right" he takes a another bite of food

"It isn't too difficult a situation to envision. We "are" near the Cardassian border, and somehow the voles must have stowed away on cargo being delivered. Curious, I'll grant you, but not inconceivable. For thousands of years, species have found their way to a new continent or a new world by hitching a ride. Sometimes the diversity it creates improves an ecosystem and sometimes the result can be catastrophic. If the situation seems to be getting out of hand, they'll order the starbase sealed off. Until then, I wouldn't worry about it."
Just then a station-wide announcement informs them that the base is on lock-down. No ships will be allowed to dock and none allowed to leave.

She was going to reply to Clyde about the 4G, inc. she waited tell Kiele was done but then the station-wide announcement was heard, when Clyde said lets hope its fixed soon.
A look of panic crossed her face the twins were 6 months old and have never been been away form their mom and dad at night "What if they think me and their Dad abandoned them?" She said her voice cracking, the thought of being separated from them for awhile was hard on her, she looked for Aidan

Zeela looked down on the Doctor as is he were a child that needed to understand that the world was ending. "Doctor, I understand you casual attitude about this situation. However, there is a rabid beast that has, due to my negligence, escaped the main cargo bay. It is the size of a horta with beady red eyes and yellow fangs that drip puss, that is right I SAID yellow fangs that drip puss. So instead of looking at me like I'm some sort of lunatic, what you need to do is get a security team down in that cargo bay to track the filthy beast down before it kills. As for me, I'm not getting off this bio bed till I see a picture of either its rotting corpse or it being dragged, unconsciously to a secure area. She wave her hand at him. "So you go, go on cause I ain't movin." The other nurses look at her as she told her story and they stay silent.
One of them finally says. "How big were the fangs?"
"At least 15 centimeters, maybe more." She says
At that, to nurses get on the bio bed with her.

He bought himself a plain shirt and had the stinky shirt disposed of. He exited the clothes shop and spotted a woman with 2 children. He smiled as he recognized them. It is the nanny with his two princesses. She happened to look over and he waved. She returned the wave and was about to go over to greet his two precious daughters when the aannouncement came that the station is now on lock-down until further notice
"That can't be good" He said to the nanny "You might want to reserve some quarters for yourself and the twins. No telling how long this is going to last." The nanny nodded and went to do just that.
A few minutes later, he spotted Clyde, The Colonel and his wife. He got close enough to hear Cindy say something about someone thinking that they abandoned them. As she turned, he saw the panicked look on her face. He gave her a smile "Who's abandoning who, babe? I haven't heard or seen the memo yet.."
He then turned to Colonel Christienne "Ok, what's with the lock down. What did clyde do this time? Hope he didn't kill anyone.." He remembered the time when he first reported on the Ayres. Clyde was being tried for murder and this was before his second jaunt through time

Really? He'd look at her like she's completely lost it but at the same time he's heard of stranger things occuring. Since she mentioned that it could kill. As a precaution he seals the doors, at sickbay, to only respond to a specific code. He also informs security since there should still be security personnel on board. Okay, we need to distribute firearms. Nurse, you know the code make sure that everyone here has a type 2 - if its seen try to stun not kill, please. His last act is to initiate Code 7-10, the quarantine orders while notifying starfleet command.
Robert also lets Kiele know, "Kiele, we have a problem over here. We have some kind of, beast, wondering the ship that's possibly lethal. I'm taking actions to try to contain the problem."
