"Ie Rekkhai." She responded, then frowned at how easily she had accepted the Bajoran's authority. Lyretha turned and left before her expression could convey the distaste she felt in having, seemingly forgotten his race. She could not disagree however that as they knew very little about those they would be transporting, every precaution should be taken. When Lyretha arrived at Cargo Bay 2, the Dheno team assigned a post outside the doors, saluted and allowed her to pass. Inside, a second team was posted so that the doors were secured from both sides.
She stopped as she entered to observe. There were two primary holding areas. One for receiving, that would determine the individual's name and rank or position and the second with the information they already had, would assign them quarters or if necessary attend to other needs such as medical. Once they were provided with this, a Dheno officer would escort them out. Cargo Bay 2 would be reserved for Tal Shiar and for other high ranking civilian officials. The Auxiliary Bay would serve for colonists.
There was a small section of the ship that held quarters reserved for guests however, only about fifty could be housed there. There was never any expectation that Dhivael would ever have the need to host a larger group. These would be given to the most senior members of the colony. That would leave about 150 who would need accommodations, Until Lyretha knew more about the number and disposition of the evacuees, the majority would have to made comfortable within the bays, so along the sides, the Daise Dheno ordered seating and refreshments.
Lyretha felt this was the best that could be done until they knew more about the needs of their guests. She sent the report, with all the requested specifics, to the Riov, Subcommander and Ops officer and left for the Auxiliary Bay to ensure all instructions were being followed there as well.

After the transport enhancers where stacked and beamed away from the ship, Quol watched the exchange of the Bajoran and Romulan officers. Each kept their voices even but that kind of underlying tension would have been audible to even the lobes of a newborn Ferengi.
After they both left for their respective duties Quol turned to the closest Romulan engineer that was standing beside him and said, Ahh, young love... He cracked a sharp toothed grin.
The crewman just turned and looked at him stone faced and did not bother to reply.
...What is this a grub-mixer. Get back to work. The chief engineer moved awkwardly around the impassable Romulan engineer. Once clear he straightened his back and walked out of the transporter room, headed back to main engineering. His Romulan subordinates gave each other a quick look and followed after him.

Riov your enhancers will be deployed within the hours. I had wanted to brief you on your 'would be' charges. They are very dangerous and you should use all precautions. That is all I am permitted to say. He sat down at his desk and sipped some tea.

Dangerous? In what way? How could she insure the proper precautions were taken if she had no idea what to expect? She schooled her expression and removed any trace of irritation from her voice.
"Ssuaj-ha, Rekkhai." She replied, more formally than necessary and recognizing his authority rather than his rank. She cut the comm after her acknowledgement, then opened another to the Daise'Dheno.
"erei'Arrain t'Stellam,I have just been informed that some of those who will be brought aboard are to be considered 'very dangerous'. No specifics were given so you will need to enact all but emergency measures to compensate. Please inform the Subcommander of these changes as well."

He received the message from the Daise'Dheno, who received her message straight from the Riov. He was not pleased as he was sure the Riov was equally not pleased. Why, at this time, were they informed that some of the colonists were deemed "Very dangerous"? In his opinion, they should have been informed sooner
"Double Security around all key areas. For those individuals that are 'very dangerous', I want an armed escort for them should they leave their quarters. Should they cause any trouble, place them into the detention area for the rest of their journey aboard this vessel" He instructed the Daise'Dheno when she finished informing him of the Riov's message

Lyretha looked uncomfortable. "Rekkhai, all shifts are already on duty and either posted or assigned escort duty. In order to add more personnel to high risk areas, others will have to go unprotected."

At last they received the signal that all was ready. She gave the order to begin transporting the first group, sending a silent prayer to the Elements that all would be well. The Oira remained tense, no one daring to break in on her thoughts and just as wisely, keeping their own to themselves.
A beep from the Operations console, announced the Daise'Dheno's report that the first group of twenty, all Tal Shiar, were safely aboard and were being conducted to private quarters. Liordra returned an acknowledgement, allowing herself to feel some relief. The Subcommander, Operations officer and Security Chief were all present and aware of the situation. Perhaps she worried too much. Perhaps everything would, for once, run smoothly.

Deletham arrived in the cramped 'guest' quarters of the Dhivael. It was not at all what he was used to, but lived up to his expectations. It was the very reason he did not want a post aboard a ship. As large as this ship was it was still too crowded for him. He found the communications console and activated it. Riov t'Takar, might I request a meeting in your office. He waited for the response hoping that she would realize that adhering to Galae protocols instead of Tal'Shiar was a concession on his part.

"Certainly, Rekkhai. At your convenience." Liordra was cautiously optimistic. Perhaps Deletham could tell her more now than he had been able to previously. "Au have the Oira." She said to the Flight Control Officer as she exited.

He saw the look she gave him and took note. It was not a look she used often and listened to her words "Very well, continue Security procedures as au see fit. If anything should occur, notify myself or the Riov immediately"

He left his accommodations finding a wayward erien to guide him to the lift. He crossed the oira dispensing with protocol he entered the Riov's office knowing he would be expected. I thank you for your time. He said not willing to be in such a hurry to get down to business that he would sit without being asked.

The flash of movement on her monitor gave Liordra a few moments warning before the erei'Ssiebh entered. She stood and returned his welcome, offering him a seat and then refreshment.
"How may I be of assistance to you, Rekkhai?"

Yes, He said sitting himself down. I came to give you some small insights on what you are bringing aboard your ship. I didn't feel safe discussing it in open communications. You see, I'm sure that you have been told very little about this assignment. There is a minor upheaval in the Tal'Shiar and sides are being chosen.

Liordra nodded slowly. "I see and must I also choose a side or is my cooperation in this a choice by defualt?"
