"I agree ma'am this is like no ghosts I read about" he looks at his sensors readings "I think I can isolate and measure the temperature, and see if has an energetic form, then Kiele can find out what it is"

Jen turned in her seat to face Kiele, "I agree with you. I tend to think this is a non corporal being. What it wants or needs is the question we need to answer."
She then heard Charlie's idea and nodded. "Excellent idea, lets see if that makes it somewhat visible."
She got the com from the doctor and looking at Shackleford she said"I'm going down to speak with the doctor you have the bridge."
She stood up crossing the bridge rode the TL to the sickbay. She walked into sickbay looking for the doctor.

Bri was in the Sick Bay office, and when she heard the doors open, she looked toward the main patient area, and saw her captain there. She would get up and head out to meet her.
"Thank you for coming, captain. I was working on the autopsy of Ensign Thompson, and made a few startling discoveries. Please come with me.."
She leads Weslynes into her office and goes over the information in further depth, handing her a PADD to show the inconsistencies and explains her findings along the way, and points out each difference between the medical records and what she discovered.
"I don't have any explanation for these differences. I spent the last two hours immersed in his medical records in an attempt to find some sort of explanation, going back as far as his Academy records... There is nothing to explain the autopsy findings, ma'am, and this greatly concerns me.
From my combined experience in the medical field, I can tell you that this is medically impossible, assuming every doctor who examined him was thorough in each examination..."

She sat down and listened to the Doctor.
"Thats very unusal. Something has to be wrong, all those exams and doctors. They couldn't have missed something this important. The answer must be somewhere. Have you exhusted the data bank." she knew the doctor would have but she had to ask anyway.
"Or perhaps some kind of pathogen or maybe an excelerant in the atomoshere that progress it?" She was grabbing at straws here, since she had no medical training past very basic first aid.
"Something has to explain these findings. I'll order samples taken and have you and science take a look. Do you think that might help."

He starts isolating and measuring the temperature of the unknown heat source and looks for an energetic form from it.
His fingers fly across the console as he looks up at Kiele "I have isolated it, he looks back down it has a slight temperature increase he snaps his head up Its in engineering near Ethan, I have no energetic form yet" hes says as he looks back down

"I'm not sure you understood me, Charlie. By energetic form I meant that if it can influence temperature, it must have some type of measurable physical energy of it's own. I find it difficult to believe that with all the advanced equipment this ship has, that we can't identify what we're looking at."
She leaned in to look at his board.
"And if you aren't able to isolate this specific energy, how are you able to tell that this temperature increase is the same one we experienced here on the bridge?"

"Sorry I did get confused on what you said he looks at Kiele "I did isolate it, its signature is different from all the heat signatures on the ship, I just eliminated the others and was left with it he smiles this is the only unknown heat signature" he reports

"It hasn't proven dangerous just yet. Rather than inform the engineer, let's see if he or it manages to communicate. Maintain a lock on the energy signature too and we'll keep an eye on it. Is it moving between decks? How does it travel? If we can't figure out what it is, maybe we can at least determine what it isn't."

Bri curiously eyed her captain, as she asked if she had exhausted the medical databanks.
"Respectfully, I could probably spend the next week immersed in it and still not find an answer.. I have searched through the ensign's medical history with a fine-toothed comb, as humans would say, and have no explanation for what I found.
I would like for everyone who has been in any kind of close contact with him for a period of a month prior to his death to come see me. That would include... any intimate contact."
She had no idea if Thompson had been involved with anyone, but she is making sure to cover all the bases.
"As for accelerants or pathogens, there should have been affects on myself and anyone else who was on that mission... I have yet to find anything unusual with myself, but I'll call back Lieutenant Christienne and give her yet another full medical workup, to be sure... even though she may not appreciate that... I cannot remember who else was on that mission with us, but I want to see everyone else who may have been reporting unusual thoughts, sensations, and the like.. I'll ask my head nurse to give me a complete medical evaluation to see if there is anything unusual...
I also feel that you need to be aware of an uneasy feeling that I've been experiencing since our return, to the effect that I'm being watched or stalked. I am wondering if some kind of entity might have come back with us from the planet, or that there is something else taking place...
I'd also like anyone onboard with a medical training classification of seven or above to see me, for a brainstorming session on the autopsy findings. I will present it in a way similar to a medical school exercise to get feedback, without mentioning that it's Thompson's results. If you wish, you may attend this session, ma'am, when I get it arranged."
She set her PADD back onto her desk, and rubbed at the spots along her temples, as she was fighting with her frustrations at the medical findings. Clearly, she was upset about a lack of an explanation for what has happened, and was concerned about the health and well-being of herself and her shipmates...
Standing, she goes toward the replicator and gets an herbal tea, and glances toward the captain, her eyes asking if she could get anything for her.

"Maintaining lock on the signature, its standing right behind Ethan" he looks at the data "Its passing through the decks the way a ghost would do"
He looks at Kiele "I still think a neutron filed might contain it, if its based anything like a spirit, stander fields would not work"

"But do we need to contain it? All it seems to want to do is communicate something to us. We don't understand it and it's moving from one person to another trying to find someone who can. It hasn't actually touched us either, though we've felt it's presence, so I don't think we'll be able to ask for it to try and contact us in a more physical way, writing for example." She sighed. "The only thing I think it's safe to conclude it that the information must be important or it wouldn't be so persistent in trying to reach us."

He listened to Kiele "That's true and try to contain it may make it mad" he looks at Kiele funny and scratches his head "We can't understand it but maybe it understands us" he thinks a minuteMaybe it could enter a PADD and communicate with us? being its some type of energy"

"Yes of course Doctor. Like you I am at a loss to whats happening. Whatever you think is best. I'll be looking forward to hearing your findings. Keep me informed."
She got up and made her way back to the bridge.

He stood at station his eyes moving back and forth as he read the letter trying to find a clue to what was on the ship, and maybe what it is.
"Theirs got to be something in this letter Ma'am" he says as he keeps reading
