"Oh, it won't be necessary to pick you up. This isn't a date, after all." She gave him a wink.
"The concert is at 19::00. I'll expect you there 15 minutes prior to insure we get good seating."
She picked up her tray and cup as well and followed him to the bar where she placed them down next to his.
"And.." She emphasized the word. "I'd like to see you in something other than scrubs or a lab coat."

He's actually expecting himself to get wrapped up in his research, which tends to be his norma, he looks at her and nods "I'll do my best to remember and arrive presentably, however, I feel the need to remind you that my research is extremely important... So if I end up leaving midway dont take it personally"

Short of an order, she'd done her best to pry him loose from his projects.Come to think of it, with Devoroh, she doubted the order would have been any more successful.
