After receiving initial scans of the planet below, she would report her findings to the commander "Commander, sensors indicate the planet is about the size of Saturn, in the Sol system, with the surface looking much like Mars. It is arid with no water and getting no signs of intelligent life but there are indication that this planet has been used for mining in times past. Sensors are unable to penetrate beyond 5 meters below the surface and with a Tri-ox compound in the atmosphere, no one will be able to breath down there for more then 6 to 8 hours and that is on a good day."
She paused to let the commander respond

He nods looking back at HOps and thinks for a quick momant "okay, notify medical, engineering and the marine section... I'd like to send a small group of marines, maybe... 4 or 5, a small engineering team and someone from medical down to the planet... We also need to get a marine dropship to land on the planet, have medical administer the tri-ox compound in flight, okay?"
He leans back into his chair waiting...

Hearing the Commander's response and following orders, she would respond "Yes, Commander." Her clawed fingers swiftly flying over the control board, sending message to the Marine Deck, Engineering and Sickbay "Wind Storm, get a small team ready to go down to the planet and bring something that you could bring in. Use a drop ship." She switched to Engineering "Engineering, form a small group to go down to the planet, bring mining tools and EV Suits" She then switched to Sickbay "Bridge to sickbay, we need a couple of medical personnel to accompany the Marine-Engineering AT down to the surface, in case someone has a bad reaction or is unable to breath"
Again, she paused for responses

Hearing White Whiskers, he taps his comm badge "I'll use our drop ship I'll get team right on it" cutting his comm. He Comms his Team and lets them know who will be joining him, he picks his 4 best men, Then heads to the Marine Deck and the drop ship.
Arriving he look at his men "Ok Ladies Eva Suites then gear up, we to hunt for Dilithium Crystals, and fresh food" he then taps his Comm Badge "White Whiskers my team is ready, we'll keep an eye out for fresh game"

Hearing Wind Storm respond and then report his readiness, also mentioning fresh prey, she licked her lips, although it being unseen by Wind Storm "Understood, Wind Storm, Good Hunting."
She turned back towards Commander Cross "The Marine Commander reports his readiness, Commander."

***ACTION: Engineering teams with the CENG and a medical team reaches the marine dropship and ready for departure already in EVA Suits... We're looking for Dueturium the engineering team knows what to look for and have their tricorders set to a probable location... The nearest landing area is about 5km from said location***
he looks at the HOps officer "tell them to go ahead and launch whenever everybody is strapped in and the hull is sealed"

She turned a glance toward the commander, her whiskers tilting forward then back to their original position, a Sivaoan equivalent of a human nod. She then tapped a key, opening a comm link to the drop ship "You may depart when ready, Wind Storm. Make sure everyone is strapped in and in their EV Suits. Buckle up and make sure the door is sealed." Her tail would loop in humor, waiting for Wind Storm's response

Hearing White Whiskers his tail spirals in his special made EVA suit he the taps his comm "Its not like I was going to leave with out sealing the door, but that sounds fun be like halo jumping" he checks everyone is strapped in and in the EVA suites
He then seals the door to the drop ship re hitting his comm "Were ready" with that he opens the bay door and moves the ship out
"Engineers your to get those dilithium crystals, doctors stay with them, once were sure the area is safe the Marines will scout for fresh food" he says to the Team as he heads for the landing zone

***ACTION: the orders come down through the pipes to begin the launching sequence after everyone was secured on the drop ship... Through the view ports in the drop ships hall they could see the walls of the Frontier slowly become the emptiness of space as they began their decent to the planets surface***
He tapped his comms as the drop ship departed "Dropship, remember we're looking for enough deuterium to refuel the Frontier, the Chief Engineer whose on the drop ship knows what he's looking for so unless this mission demands military action I'm placing Lt. Thorn ((CENG)) in charge of this mission, god speed"
He looks back at HOps, he was curious on how Thorn could handle himself when placed in charge "keep a comm link open and transporters locked at all times; I dont want to take any chances"

He hears the Captains orders "Yes Sir" he looks back at Thorn "Sorry Combat training kicked it" he turns back and flies the drop ship

She observed on sensors as the Marine drop ship exited and moved toward the planet, listening on Comm Wind Storm acknowledging and responding to the Commander's orders that she conveyed, curling her tail a little more as Wind Storm said that he would not intentionally leave the door unlatched. That would not bode well
She also listened as the Commander gave the drop ship their instructions and then gave her an extra set "Yes, Commander. Comm link to the AT open, transporter lock established and showing a solid lock."

***ACTION: As the dropship entered the planets atmosphere the windows started to tint with the heat from the re-entry while the ship seemed to shake with the vibrations.
After a few minutes the smoke cleared and so did the jolting of the ship - luckily everyone was secured in their seats. In the distance the view slowly got closer, about 5km away they could see where the mine is but the heavy machinery and equiptment was not moving.
It seemed like a barren wasteland of nothingness, the soil is a dark red as it further defined how little water there was on this planet. The ship landed and hum died as the ship was turned 'off'... The heavy gates opened to let its passengers now get up and move around... Feel the somewhat higher gravity. The pilot turned around waiting for the away teams leader to open the doors and sounded out "we're landed, open the door when your ready!"***
