Scenario #1 Command Decision....

Walks into the training holodeck and taps a few commands on the console. "Computer... activate program Command Scenario 1..." The computer beeps in acknowledgement as the bridge of a Soverign class vessel materializes. There are holographic officers at every post, except for Commanding Officer. She turns around to face incoming officers who wish to participate in this scenario.

"Welcome...you are the Captain of the USS Stonewall. The date is post take over of Deep Space Nine... the Dominion is on our doorstep... They have attacked a heavily populated federation colony. There are over 10,000 colonists. The number of injuries and deaths are unknown. You have been ordered by StarFleet Command to proceed at maximum warp, 9.8, to reach the colony and try to destroy the attacking dominion vessels and save as many colonists as you possibly can. En route, you received a distress call from a dominion one man craft. Inside is one of the incarnations of the Vorta Weyoun...He sends out a distress signal to the Stonewall, saying he wants to defect and give all his knowledge on the Dominion freely over to the Federation. He is being pursued by a few Jem Hadar fighters.... His ship is in the opposite direction of the colony. You are the only federation ship in the immediate area. The Colony will not lost much longer under the direct assault and the Jem Hardar fighters will reach Weyoun's craft soon. The only way to reach one or the other in time is to travel facter than warp 9 so shuttles or fighters will not be able to help untill you reach your destination. Remember... all you have is Weyoun's word that he is telling the truth... the extermination of the colony is a certainty. What do you decide to do...."

Helm... project a parabolic course and bring us within fighter range of the Dominion vessel...
Tactical, relay to fighters to be prepared to launch as soon as we are within range. ::He looked back at Helm::
As soon as they have launched, resume course, as fast as you can get us there. Coordinate with Engineering ::He looked to the engineering panel on the bridge::
Engineering, be prepared for emergency warp speeds. I don't care if you have to evacuate decks and take from life support, I want all you can get me. ::He looked to the view screen, worry across his face:: One life for 10,000... ::He spoke softly to himself::

::She entered the holosuite and listened to the scenario outline::

She stood on the bridge of the USS Stonewall listening to the message from the Vorta Weyoun. For a minute her mind raced back to the experiences of the Dominion forces durning the Betazed occupation. That was enough.

Helm contuine on course to the colony. It is very unlikely that he will betray his gods the Founders. In addition, what better ploy to keep us from going to the colony. And to lay in a trap. Weyoun will have to fend for himself.

Computer, state the Scenario. :: 1st Lt. Zarlena Dorius, of the USS Vindicator NCC 16052 , stated as she entered the holosuite. If this was only for command personal she would be informed. ::

Zar took a minute to question if she should continue with this. Well, there is no right or wrong answer. Computer, Begin Scenario.

Suddenly, she found herself on the bridge of the USS Stonewall. She turned to Helm.

Helm set a course at maximum speed for the colony use every shortcut known, engage when ready, report on ETA. Ops send a transmission to the closest Federation ship and apprise them of the situation. Engineering prepare for increased speed. Tac prepare to enter *hot*. Sci as we reach the colony scan for dominion ship weakness and report them to Tac.

At this point the holosuite matrix returned. That was fun, Yeah. She walked out smiling, whether right or wrong the Marine in her was happy and she began to feel she belonged.

::Walks into the holosuite and begins to listen to the scenario.:: Computer, begin program. ::The program begins and a bridge is formed. Walks over to the command chair and looks at the tactical officer.:: Helm, continue on course to the colony. ::Looks at the Tactical Officer.:: Relay a message to Starfleet about Weyoun attentions and also tell them to be careful about his attentions. It maybe a trap. If he was truely being chased after Jem Hadder while being fired upon and was still able to get away from them, he would be dead by now.

::Looks at the helms officer.:: Engage.


::The program ends and he exits the holosuite.::

::he enters the Holosuite and starts the Program::
as he enters the bridge of the Stonewall, he is told that there is a distress call from a dominian ship,"play the message Lt." as he listens to the message he learns that it the Vorta wayoun. the message says that he is being chased by several Gem Hadar ships because he wants to defect to the and will rellay all his knowlege of the Dominion to the federation. But Knowing Wayoun as I do, I am not sure whether to believe him. If I were, to go to Wayouns Co-ordinates it would be in the opposite Direction of the Colony being attacted by the Jem Hadar.
Do I go after one man, with needed information,that may not even be true, or do I go and help save a colony where the lives of 10's of thousands of people are at stake? there is no way I can believe a Vorta that believes that founders are G-ds. Well if he is telling the truth then I must pray he makes it to another federation ship. "Ens. take us to the colony top speed"

::Standing on the bridge of the simulation ship he takes a small drag on his cigar and thinks for a few seconds placing the fate of the colonists and the supposed information that could end a very bloody conflict and cost millions more lives into account::

::opening a communication to the flight bay he orders all fighters to launch and shuttles to launch that have any form of warp or high speed capability. He instructs the flight lead to arm his attack wing with Anti-ship missiles for half of the wing,and the other with extra defensive weapons to cover the fighters with the AS missiles. So when the make their attack run on the invading ships, they can be provided with maximum cover.
After posting that order to the flight lead he instructs operations to singal Federation Command to provide immidiate assitance to the colony while his fighters hold off the attackers for as long as possible.
After laying in a course to this person's location he diverts power from the shields and raises the albative armor system,covering the vessel in a sheath of metal skin to protect the warship from space debris. With the shields lowered and the warp core powered to 115 percent capacity,due to the lowering of the shields, the order is given to execute this warp manuver.::

:: He walked up to the holodeck.:: Computer, begin command program 1. :: He read over the situation, and laughed to himself.:: Ha, easy. :: He then continued in, stepping onto the bridge.::

:: The Helmsman looked back at the General.:: Well Sir..?

Lieutenant.. set course to intercept the small craft.. :: He knew that if he had credible information, it would save thousands of more lives, than the lives that would be lost at the colony.:: After we pick him up, set get us to the colony ASAP.. we'll clean up all we can..

::The computer finished reading the scenario and the holodeck doors slid apart. Stepping inside to find himself on the bridge he sighed and looked around at the crew. Normally his Betazoid abilities would allow him to tell is this person was lying or not, but being a holodeck program that was no the case here.::

"Computer, replay distress call."

::He stands, listening to the message again, taking note of the man's hurried nature.::

"From the tone of the man's voice I'm going to have to say that he's just grasping at straws and knows nothing. Helm, continue previous course."

[XO][CO] Yes Captain, all recent accounts from dealings with Captain Ben Sisko, and other encounters during the war ma'am
:: ponders the chances of executing both missions ::
[CO][XO] Well there will be more Weyon's, hopefully, and likely more cowardice. [Helm] Give us a little more juice to the colony

::studies the scenario and makes his decision..
Helm Maintain course to the Colony have all weapons brought to ready status....as for the Vorta he will have to make out the best he can. The Colony has more people and is of a greater important need. We all Know Vortas are geneticaly predisposed NOT to Betray the Founders of whom they consider their gods so it is most likely a trap. If it isnt well the Greater Number of people outweigh 1 Vorta.

::she walks into the room and enters the program in the computer. She looks at the crew and listens to the distress signal from Weyoun:: Let him fend for himself. I have no time for him and his nonsense. I dont trust him for nothing. Lets go full speed to the colony. The colonists are more important that thing is.

::looks to the Helms officer:: Engage.

::she bring the program up and looks at the crew working around her:: Captain we have a distress call and its from Weyoun.

::she smirks:: Lets hear it. ::she listens to it and almost starts laughing:: Nothing like Poetic justice as the terrans say or is it Karma. ::shrugs:: whichever it is I am not going to save his ugly self, Let him defend himself. Helm continue course to the colony, those people are more important then his.

Major Arishela enters the holodeck and listens as the scenario is laid out. Taking a moment to collect her thoughts, "Computer begin Scenario"

I seriously doubt this Vorta, we all know they are breed to be loyal without question to the founders. To betray them is unthinkable. We have the lives of innocent Federation citizens at sake, who we have sworn with our very lives to defend.

Helm reduce speed and give clearance to four fighters, to render assistance if possible, and a shuttle in the event the Vorta's ship is disabled. They will not exceed a distance that will not allow them to return safely. If they are successful they will the escort the Vorta to closest outpost.

Helm you will then proceed at best possible speed to the planet to deliver the medicine.

Sanda walks in and reviewing the scenario's she finds there are two she never did.

"Computer state the first scenario." Sandra in her usual favorite position is leaning against a bulkhead with her arms folded. She listens to the scenario and laughs.

"Yeah, right me in command." ::she begins to walk out and then turning decides why not

"Computer begin scenario."

The ops officer informs her of the incoming transmission. Sandra takes a minute to think. A Vorta breed and trained to be the lapdogs of the Founders suddenly turning on their gods. Not likely. However, stranger things have happened.

Helm, ops, and science how long will it take for several fighters and a shuttle to reach the Vorta and then escort him to the nearest star base? Is it within an acceptable risk factor?

They inform Sandy that it is and she dispatches them. As soon as they leave they continue on course for the colony. Arriving in just enough time
