It would be tough I would pick 3 of the best Engineers I had.I would as a for a volunteer knowing full well what would happen to them.If no volunteers came forward I would order one to do the job.I would of course write a hand written letter to the poor soul's family and put them in for every award available including naming a section of the ship after that person.

:: he takes a deep breath and does the only logical thing to do. He is not going to sacrifice any of his crew. He gets in the turbolift to engineering to complete the repairs himself::

::As Mac goes over the scenario at hand he realizes there is only one possible correct solution. he would quickly ascertain who is the most qualified engineer aboard to handle the current situation, then without hesitation he would send the man to his doom. He will not sacrifice a whole ship for any one man, even though he will later regret and wonder if he made the right decision.::

::Kasia walks into the holodek and listens to the message play. The hologrid changes to the bridge of the ship. She addresses the situation and orders the evacuation of engineering, she then asks the most qualified person she knows to fix the situation, her CENG. The hologrid fades as she waits for her results, she knows this type of scenario all too well.
It was after all the type of scenario that had killed her second host. He had volunteered in that case, and thought he would survive. She thinks back on the memory and banishes it away, she hated her three memories of dying. She gets her results and sees she has passed. She then exits the holodek.::

Of course, there is only one thing to do. Ask for a volunteer, or order the best qualifird engineer to go in a repair the engines. The safety of the ship must come first. All SF officers know this, and I am certain I would have more than one volunteer. I would select the best qualified. Ordering someone to certain death is the worst decision an officer can make, but make them they must.

Being Rrreman hasss ssssome advantagessss. I woulllld pullll up the sssscematicsss of the affected sssyssstemsss, and usssing thossse asss a bllllueprrrint, corrrect temporrrrarrrillly the powerrrr fllluxuationssss. Thusss allllowing main powerrrr to be brrrrought sssafellly back on llline, and endangerrring no crrrewmen.
Then, once the sssship wassss essstablllissshed in a sssafe orrrbit, or wasss taken out of the grrravity welllll allll togetherrr, I woulllld change the emphassssisss of my concentrrrration to the rrrradiation lllleak, and itssss orrrrigin. Upon which time I woullllld then have the main warrrrp enginesss and main powerrrr once morrrre taken off lllline inorderrr to effect rrrrepairrrs.
Sssstopping the lllleak, and rrrremoving the rrrradiation to the bessst of my abilllity, I woulllld then have one of ourrr morrrre rrradiation resssiliant crrrewmen enterrr the arrrea, and assscerrrrtain which rrrrepairrrs werrre mossst crrriticalll. Asssisssting, thrrrough forrrce of willlll, I woulllld ensssurrrre the crrrewmensss sssafety durrring the time necessssarrrry to effect rrrrepairrrs, beforrr brrrriging main powerrrr and the warrrp corrres back online.
