[LtCmdr Dr. Cindy Lee McKenzie]

She hears Dr. Devoroh call out, she rushes into were he is and sees him with tears on his face.

She takes his hand "Welcome back doctor" she smiles then she pours him some water and hands it to him, her wedding ring showing "Drink slow you been in a comma for quite awhile" she helps him to take a drink

-=he looked at her blankly for a minute he knew what she said but he couldn't believe it as he drank some water, faster then he should have his hands trembling because his muscles are still too weak as he coughed=- a what? How long have I been in a coma? What happened?

-=he saw the wedding band on her finger and smiled the best he could=- you and Aiden? I missed it? I missed your wedding, I cant believe I missed it... I'm so sorry!-=he started to hate himself for missing the most important day of their lives=-

She sees his hand trembling and takes his water nd sets it down "All most 1 year, you caught the bacteria from the CO who replaced Shran" she scans him "Captain Shran is back in charge but you must have caught it when you did the open heart surgery

She reads the scans then puts it away and takes his hand"Your fine now, you need some physical therapy to strength your muscles back up, and learn to walk again after that long" she squeeze his hand "You have nothing to be sorry for, it wasn't your fault you missed it, I'm just glad we were able to save you"

She smiles and places his hand on her her belly "When your up and about I want you to check me she pauses "I took the test my self but want you to confirm I am Pregnant"

"a year? I've been in a coma for a year?" -=he looked at her in disbelief before trying to use his arms to sit up which was a feeble attempt at best because he feel back in the biobed, his vision was starting to come back=-

"let me see my charts... I want electrical stimulation therapy, for one week 30 minutes a day" -=he knew exactly what he was doing even though 30 minutes is double the recommended 15... EMS stimulates muscle growth by sending electrical pulses straight into the muscle group forcing it to contract=-

"in a week I'll confirm your pregnancy... congrats though"
-=he'd smile softly to her as he started to think about everything that could go wrong=-

Cindy sees the look of disbelieve as he tries to sit up on his arm but can't, She sighs then looks at him when he says
"let me see my charts... I want electrical stimulation therapy, for one week 30 minutes a day"

Cindy hands him his chart "That's double the length are you sure?, I know Clyde could handle that" she worried he might be rushing it.

"Thank you" she sees the look on his face "No worries I will take easy once its confirmed, I just hope I'm a good mother" she says

-=he nodded looking at Cindy=- "yeah I'm sure" -=he took his chart and wrote out the order of treatment himself after looking over his charts=-

"a woman becomes a mother when she finds out shes' pregnant... Its instinct, dont think about it, listen to your heart" -=he was actually pleased with the standard of care they gave to him=- "so what else have I missed in the past year? Wheres Aiden and Clyde? I'd actually like to see them... I also need to talk to Captain Shran when he has the chance"

She stands by him and smiles "Right Now Aidan is doing something for the Captain, hes a Lt Jg now and Chief Tactical Officer, Clyde is a Marine Captain now still the MCO and as kind as ever"

She laughs "Lets See allot of average things, thou Aidan told me we were all killed, then saved by someone from the future, oh we were kidnapped by an alien race who had us doing Treasure Island when we came too Clyde wasn't none to happy, I thought he was killing them but Shran wouldn't let him"

she smiles "I had been busy with CNS and Medical keeping them running, we did get an AMO but something happened back on her planet and she return home" She thought for a moment "The ships AI almost killed us, I helped her see clear and she saved us, I morned the death of my friend when she did"

She Taps her Com "Hannover to Greathouse, Dr Devoroh is awake and asking to see you" her eyes get big "Oh Crap" she retaps her com badge "Dr Hannover to Captain Shran Dr. Devoroh is awake Sir" she giggles almost forgot to call him

[Major Clyde Greathouse]

His Com goes off and hears Cindy say Devoroh was awake and asking to see him, he taps his Com "Greathouse here I'll be right their Cindy" he put Ace in charge and heads to sickbay

A few moments latter he enters and walks over to Cindy and Devoroh and looks down at him,"Hey Buddie welcome back" he gently puts a big hand on his arm "When we get you out of that bed round of Milk is on me"

[Captain Shran]

Shran walks in several moments after Greathouse, and watches Devoroh in his bed conversing with the counselor and Greathouse. He simply stands by and lets them talk. He could only imagine what was going through the man's head. He had basically been away for a year. A lot had changed on the ship, Shran himself included.

The Doctor's unique physiology had interacted with the Tholian Toxin in unforeseen ways. The toxin mutated when it came into contact with him, turning into a pervasive virus. Because the doctor's people, the Brunali, were rare in the Alpha quadrant it proved harder than originally thought to eradicate the sickness. To keep the virus from spreading beyond Dr. Devoroh he was put into isolation and his bodily functions were slowed into a state resembling suspended animation. The cure was only just discovered by the none other than Voyager's former EMH, now working at Starfleet Medical. Since he had the most experience with the Brunali people it only seemed logical that he would be the one to find the solution. The cure had just arrived and was administered 12 hours ago by Dr. McKenzie.

It seems to have worked. Shran imitated a human smile as he watched his crew. His family was a little more whole than it had been even a few hours ago. There were still many missing, but he was happy for this small triumph.

((BE ADVISED: This scene is taking place between the SL's "Fetch Aft the Rum, Darby" and "Eye of the Storm." The Doctor's absence for the first two sessions of "Eye of the Storm" are explained that he was still recuperating and going through physical therapy. His return will mark not when he finally wakes up, but when he is finally well enough to move freely around and resume his duties.))

-=he looks at Greathouse with a smileon his face it was good to see whathe viewed as one of his best friends once again=- Hey, marine. A glass of milk does seem to be in order, hopefully after therapy everything will be just fine again

-=he saw Shran standing in the door way=- Captian -=he thought for a momant on what to say to him=- how are you Captian, I feel that soon I should be able to return to my duties even if I am in a wheelchair... Of course as long as Dr. McKenzie agrees...

She sees Clyde nod in respans to the Robert, then he spoke the the Captain once he was done, "After 2 week of therapy you should be able for light duty, no full shifts or long hours, after that we'll see before your released for full duty" She say in voice of a doctor to her patient, as she makes some notes in his charts

[Captain Shran]

The Andorian Captain nods to the bedridden doctor as he approaches. "I am well, as I can see you are. I know the whole crew is looking forward to your returning to duty. As humans say, you gave us quite a scare."

He puts a reaffirming blue hand on the man's should and holds it there for a second. "I also have heard that doctor's make the worst patients. So do not try to rush your therapy. Let the Commander decide when you are ready.

"Now I will let you rest. Be well, Doctor." He walks from sickbay give the others a nods as he goes.

after talking to Kiele, Cindy, Clyde and Aiden in the lounge he walked into sickbay and to a backroom turning on the holohraphic projectors so simulate a Andorian male needing a heart transplant and he started to get to work...

Entering Sickbay, Kiele flagged down a technician.

"Is Dr. Devoroh available? He asked to see me."

The technician that Kiele spoke to directed her to wait inside one of the many exam rooms while they went to retrieve him...

While he was starting to remove the holographic heart he heard a knock at the door, he looked up "computer... End program, enter..."

"Robert, theres a patient here to see you... I believe its Kiele, she waiting for you in exam room 3" he technician told him as Robert washed his hands.

"okay thank you" he grabbed a PADD thats programmed to be a medical chart as he had Kiele's medical records from the ships computer put on it.

Robert walked into the Exam Room looking at Kiele then smiled softly "hello Kiele, how are you feeling today? No doubt your here for your physical right?"
