1st LT. Will Hunter entered Ten Forward.He was wearing his Dress Marine uniform.Looking around he saw many people.Asking rather shyly,"Excuse me I am looking for Captain Sowren Tirina."Will stood there hoping somebody would know.

: Darius looks up from his work and turns to Hunter:: good evening Mr Hunter good to see you her,strange but good. If you'll step this way we have a lovely Bar area where you can wait and I'm sure captain Sowren will be right with you :;smiles politely:: what is this about if I may ask? perhaps a transfer some double duty? maybe I'll just be seeing more of you ?:shrugs and takes a seat:

:: enters Ten Forward and gets herself a glass of water and sits down near a window in order that she can watch both the stars and the people. She has with her a PADD and an old letter writing case. She is reading a letter from her family on Bajor. From the small case she takes out a pen and paper and starts to write. She finds that this form of letter writing more enjoyable for it gives the reader a bit more of the writer in that the writer’s hands actually created the letters. Her hands dance across the paper as she writes, stopping occasionally to gather her thoughts and to watch to happening in the room. ::

He followed Darius to the bar and ordered water.Breathing rather quickly he whispered,"Admiral Taylor suggested that I might be a good match for the Captain::gulps his water::,"So I am here in my dress uniform to ask her out."Wills heart was pounding so hard he thought it might explode.This would be after all
his very first date.

::walks into the lounge and sees Darius and 1st Lt. Hunter in his dress uniform. Charan told her he was waiting there to ask her a question but wouldnt tell her what it was. She walked over to him and smiled:: Hello Lt. Hunter. Charan said you wanted to ask me a question. I'm sorry How are you today? ::takes a seat at the bar and orders a Bajoran tea with kava::

He was sitting at the bar sipping his water getting himself together.He heard a voice beside him.
Hello Lt. Hunter. Charan said you wanted to ask me a question. I'm sorry How are you today? Hunter looked over to see a very pretty Bajoran Captain sitting next to him.He watched as she ordered,Bajoran tea with kava.
Gathering his wits replied,I am doing fine today Ma'am."::Taking another sip of his water::,"Yes there was a question I wanted to ask."::Takes a deep breathe."I know we have never met but Admiral
Taylor thinks"......"Let me rephrase that I would be delighted if you would join me for dinner at your convenience of course."::Hands her a single red rose.::

::takes the rose from him with a smile:: Thank you I would love to have dinner with you. When would you like to go? I am free now and also hungry. ::smiles waiting for his reply::

:Darius beams his approvial standing next to Hunter at the bbar nudging him slightly:: go get Er tiger :making a mock grrr noise and a chuckle::

Clara walked into Ten forward to see a Marine LT.
Handing Captain Tirina a rose.Hiding her surprise she looked around to see Kwin watching the whole scene.
Darius sat beside the LT.She could not hear the conversation but it was pretty obvious.::Walking to where Kwin was sitting.::"Kwin Who is that LT. and is he doing what I think he is?";she asked.::Smiling::
"I hope he is they look like a very cute couple."

Kwin smiles that young Lt is Lt Hunter, he is the godfather to Pagh, my pending boy and yes he is doing exactly what it appears he is doing. And I must say I couldn’t be prouder of him. He and I are good friends.

The Colonel entered the room wearing his Dress Uniform, looking around the room, he noticed a few the security officers as well as some of the Reddies as he called em, Reddies being Command officers. He spied Lieutenant Hunter as well as the XO before making his way deeper into the room.

She also learned that he was the GOD Father to Pagh.

::holding the rose and smells it as she looks for a nearby table:: I might have to thank Charan later

::He finds a table and pulls out her chair::

You are very welcome,to be honest I dont date very
much.In fact this is my first real date. :Hunter tells her::

::He gets a waiter:: One Bajoran tea with Kava and one green tea please.So tell me alittle about yourself Charan has told me you are a great person.

::giggles:: She said that huh? Wow that was mighty nice of her. I grew up on Bajor and was a freedom fighter during the occupation. I joined starfleet and now I am here. If there is a question that you have, I will answer it otherwise I really dont know what to say about myself.

::He smiles:: I know what you mean.I was raised on Earth and being half Romulan it was pretty tough.I cant imagine being in the harsh conditions you had to face though. I do have an easy question for you whats your favorite color?

My favorite color is Red ::she says to him::

May I ask why such a intersting color? ::he asks curiously::

Yes during that time I was captured, tortured and had a child that was half cardassian. I dont know why, I always thought Red was such a beautiful color. ::she lets him know::

Red is a very pretty but tell me more about your child ,because I love children. ::he informs her::

Actually I put her up for adoption. I couldnt love a child from a rape. I am fine with it now sort of. She has returned to me. With my ex-husband that is presumed dead I had another girl. She is on the starbase. No one really knows about my life, since I tend to keep things to myself ::she tells him and doesn't know why she just opened up to him so easily::

I am sorry we only seem to be talking about me. Tell me somethings about you. It usually takes me awhile to trust someone but there is something about you that tells me I can trust you. ::she tells him::

Sounds good. ::Raises his hand to get the waiter and Orders two Bajoran shrimp with spaghetti:: Do you want any thing else?

No thank you that will be enough for me. ::she smiles::

::He tells the waiter ::That will be all Thank you. Anyways How as your day been?

My day was a good one and getting better. ::smiles to him::

Growing up on earth did you travel any? ::she asks::

No my parents tried to shelter me. Because of my Romulan half. Thats why I joined Starfleet. I used to feel very alone in this galaxy ::smiles to her:: Know I am starting to think it was a great idea doing a job I love and meeting the most beautiful woman in the fleet.

There are alot of things I like to do. I love to go into the holosuite and go hunting or make a bowling alley. I love bowling. The terrans were brilliant when they came up with that type of game. ::She smiles::

I love to hunt as well but I am a bad bowler ::He smiles:: But it is a fun game
::takes a bite from her food::

So are you a good bowler?::sips his drink::

::shakes her head slightly:: I think so, although I have never played against anyone. The outfits some terrans wear while bowling are strange but funny.

::He laughs::Yes they are.Maybe we can bowl together some time?

::She nods:: That sounds like a plan. ::smiles then takes a bite from her plate::

::Takes his first bite::This really is good I am glad you recomended it.

::She nods with a smile:: Good I am glad you like it.

::He smiles:: So how long have you been a captain in the Fleet?

I have been a Captain for over a year. I love being the Captain of the Aryes. I do my job with great pride. I tend to be a little hard on the crew but that is why we are great together. ::she says as a matter of fact::

::He nods:: I have been the MXO on the Fontier for about four months.Admiral Taylar calls me her personal restraint assitant.::chuckles::

::she chuckles:: She has told me. She also told me she needed to restrain herself from the Ambassador.

::He laughs:: The Ambssador was rather a pain to put it mildly.

::She nods and takes a bite:: I would have locked her in her quarters and broke the keypad so she couldnt get out, until i sent someone. ::smiles::

::he chuckles:: I like that idea, I will have to keep that in my mind.

::she chuckles:: Glad I could help.

I am really glad you accepted my dinner invitation. ::he smiles::

::she smiles:: So am I. I am having a good time with you.

Glad to hear it. I never imagined myself ever having dinner with the most beautiful women in the Fleet. ::he says::

I am the one who should be thanking you. ::Smiles:: ::sips his drink::

::finishes her food:: I will have to thank Charan for getting you to ask me out. She is good with her match ups. ::smiles::

::smiles::What would M'Lady like to do next seeing the crowd we have?::he chuckles::

::she chuckles:: Lets go for a walk. I will give you the grand tour of the ship. ::looks to them:: I hope your reports are done and waiting for me to read them. ::chuckles::

::he stands up and pulls out her chair::Ladies first.::takes he hand and gently holds it::

::takes his hand as she gets up::

::He walks with her:: She sure is a pretty ship....But not nearly as pretty as you are.::smiles::

::She smiles:: She is a great ship, but probably not as great as you think the Frontier is and thats ok. ::chuckles::

I must admit I love the Frontier but right now I dont think I would want to be anywhere else but here. ::he tells her::

::she smiles:: Now that is what I like to hear ::laughs as they walk out of Ten Forward::

::He laughs as they hold hands and exit Ten Forward.::

She sat beside Kwin pretending not to notice the LT and the Captain having dinner.They looked very happy together in fact she had never seen her CO look so happy.She kept glancing up from her PADD acting like she was working.She saw them walking out of Ten Forward holding hands.She turned to Kwin,"He really looks happy ,as far as that goes so does Captain Tirina."
