"Yes I was their, but because others weren't or au didn't see them doesn't mean they don't care" he says
"All this time we were here did au ask the Lt. Commander how Adria was" he asks
"Anarra dose not think au don't care about Adria because au don't ask" he says

She is forced to listen to Ejiul as he speaks to her. She starts crying. "I do care! Why else would I have gotten rid of the intruders! I care too much... and what reward do I get? It hurts me inside when I see Adria... I may never have children, and sometimes, I wish I did. She's so young and she never asked to be in such danger... when I was raised on a starship, I never asked for the perils my brother, sister and I had to face just because our parents wore the uniform. We were lucky to be under the protection of excellent security officers, and now I'm the security officer who protects... and if I give my life to save others, that's a noble sacrifice I'm willing to make!"
She looks at Anarra, Ejiul and Johanas during her speech. When she's finished, she wipes at the tears on her cheeks with her right hand, wincing because it seemed to hurt more every time she moved that arm.

"Now Ejiul I never said that!" ::She starts but then Zandile starts crying and talking at the same cried, and she listens.:: "It is a noble sacrifice, I just hope you dont have to make it." ::She hugs Zandile being careful of her friends arm.::

"Now see what youve started, your going to get us all crying, though I think it would be kinda funny to see the guys cry." ::She says trying to make a joke to lift Zan's spirits.::

"Oh Johnanas will cry if he doesn't listen to the lovely Maenak" he says as he looks at Dan'lia "I'll make sure of that" he says
As he stands in front of Johnanas leans down toward him "Au will do as the Menkar asks or she will not need the Lt. Commander I will put Au in sick bay for a very long time" he says as he smiles at Johanna's

Looks at Eijul rather severely "and what good would a soldier be on Romuls without oh say a finger an arm? not whole thats right doctors have a tendency to do a marvelous job of slaughtering soldiers and turning them into civilians thus my oversion orfor doctors its something I can understand about Zandile theres caring then understanding. though Zandile he does have a small point i'll sit still bite my tongue and wait your wearing yourself out ya know?" Relaxing sitting back against the chair back idley waiting thugh theres still chores to do .

"Excuse me....But you do remember that I am still a doctor, even if I am now an XO. And I dont believe a word your saying. Doctors heal people, we try to get them back to their life before injury, back to being a soldier if thats what that means. And sometimes that means getting someone to a new norm. We do not under any circumstances slaughter soldiers. And you should under no circumstances have an aversion to doctors."

then he whispers "Dose Zan look like anything is missing" he asks "putting all maenkaa together based on vah au seen or heard is stupid" he says
"That be like me basing all humans on au" he says

Dan'lia stands quietly putting together a hypo as Johanas rants on. As he sits into the chair, she presses the hypo spray against his arm and triggers it. The sleep drug began its work quickly, and Johanas slumps over. "Don't be so negative about doctors," she tells the unconscious man. She withdraws her medical tricorder again and goes over to Zan. Checking Zan completely, then concentrating on her shoulder, Dan'lia speaks to her quietly, "Your shoulder is healing but your system is still weak from the blood loss. I will give you something for the pain and something to build up your blood. Eating will also help. The reason a lot of people did not come down to the Sickbay while you were in there, is that I had to ban everyone who was not severely wounded from there. The entire security force tried to oversee your care. I had to kick them all out. All of the them respect and trust you. And care. The Riov would not let me treat her until I assured her that you were going to live." She looks to Anarra for confirmation, "And I was sending out updates hourly on your condition." She administers the hypo into Zan's shoulder, to take most of the pain, then the other hypo.

She sniffles back tears... she must be tired again if she's reacting like this. She hugs Anarra back and slowly lets go of Johanas, after Dawnlia puts him to sleep. She sinks to sit on the floor, listening to them talk. She holds her sore arm against her while Dawnlia gives her a hypospray and tries to massage the soreness out, but senses that the muscles were totally shot for a few days while they healed. She nods at what Dawnlia is saying, stunned that people did care about her.

"I haven't had dinner yet... the chef is asleep." She says in a small voice. She didn't want to be more of a bother than she already was, but she's hungry. "Is any of that salad left?"
