::just misses the ball as she goes for it. She is about to give him the ball to serve again when she gets a comm:: Will one minute. ::she goes over to the side and begins to talk and he can tell its serious:: Um I think we should get to my office, there is something I need to tell you. Oh and you win this round. :tries to smile::

:Watches her take the Comm::Listening to her telling him to that they should talk in her office.::Looking at the concern on her face::Yes Ma'am understood.

::she drops her racket in her bag and walks to her office in complete silence::

::Following her he drops his racket.::He has a very bad feeling about this.

Deborah walks into the gym and walks over to the punching bag. She looks at it and then smiles. She begins to punch it slowly at first and slowly picks up speed.

Its been awhile since shes done that. Within a minute she was using both fist in a rhythmic pattern. Taking all of her frustration out on the punching bag. She didn't let up, the sweat began to roll off her and she envisioned the aliens and punched harder.

As she thought more and more about the Aliens her tempo increased and she punched harder and harder making the bag rock from side to side. After several minutes she stopped.

She picked up the towel and wiped herself off and went to her quarters.

::she re-enters the gym and was going to say hi to Deborah but saw she was involved with the bag. She goes to her normal workout. She would love to play tennis again but no one was around so she instead does a 3 mile run instead of playing tennis. She nods to Deborah:: Hello Deb. ::she goes back to her run::

Ken would walk into the gym and sees Charan running a 3 mile run. He would begin to run on the track to catch up with her. He would take a good look up and down of her back side before running up along side of Charan and smile came across his face.

"Hello, Beautiful.", Ken would say as he would run along side of her. "Care if I join you in the run?"

Will walked in the Gym with a life sized picture in his hands.He had gotten it from the Tricorder reading and the Computer images of one of the Aliens that had tortured Tirina.

Calmly he walked over to one of the full sized punching bags and carefully tacked the picture on the bag.

Closing his eyes for a moment he remembered the rescue and how Tirina looked when he saw her in the RR.He let his feelings build up more and more until they were ready to burst.

Opening his eyes he clinched his fist and used all his strength go into one punch.

As his fist flew forward his half Romulan strength was revealed.Upon making contact with the bag he felt it give then suddenly burst open at the seems.

He stood there for a moment and looked at the busted bag and the mangled picture.

Take that you son of a b###h!!::Looking around he saw both Admirals running on the track.Embarrassed by his raw emotion he started picking up his mess.

You sure can honey. ::runs with Ken:: Glad you could come along for the run. ::she looks at Will enter and then slam the bag as hard as he could and yell at it, she is amazed at his strength and smiles knowing he finally let it all out.:: What have you been up too? ::she asks Ken::

Ken would be running along side her, also glancing over at Hunter. He would look back at Charan. "I've been keeping up with the reports for the fleet, checking on the children... " Ken would stop for a moment to check Charan. "To check what you have on. Thinking what we could do later on." Ken would wink at her as the continued to run together. "How about you? What have you been up to?"

::keeps running with him:: I have been up to the usual admiral stuff. I have a pile of reports to do and other stuff to do. ::smiles:: Keep your eyes on the track run and no where else.

Ken would continue to run along side of her and gave way in a smile.

"Well, you know I can't keep my eyes off of you."

He would came up to a turn on the track and would make the turn. Still at Charan's side.

"I've heard about Tirina's injuries. Maybe after we finish this run, we could go check on her. What do you think?"

::smiles:: That sounds like a good idea, to go see Tirina. When I checked on her with the Doctor, she told me that she was resting. Lets go now. ::stops running:: This isnt like Tirina to be down this long. ::begins to walk out of the gym with Ken::

"Maybe us visiting her would help get her back on her feet."

Ken would stop running and walk out of the gym with her. Heading towards the sickbay in which Tirina is in.

Will walked into the gym and placed his towel on the rack.He slowly walked to the mat.He began a series of stretches and warm ups.

He then took a fighting poster.He began to practice his hand to hand combat skills.He first started in a boxing stance but went to a Karate style.

Will found it best to be trained and too practice in different fighting modes.That way he could eight hand to hand according to the circumstances.

After a good workout Will picked up his towel and dried off the sweat and headed for his quarters.

::she would walk into the gym after not going for awhile. she wanted some things to settle first. She goes and begins her normal workout routine then decides that after she would hit the punching bag for awhile to work out some anger issues she has at the moment::

::she walks over to the punching bag and begins to let everything out that she has bottled up. She continuely beat the bag up until she is too tired and her hands hurt. When she is done she sees that her hands are bloody and the wrap she put on her hands fell apart from her punching. She wraps her hands up to use as bandages and goes to her quarters to get cleaned up::
