K'Vros shifted his gaze around the corner of stacked containers. Slowly lifting and proceeding around them and to the right down a corridor. A pause, listening a moment before venturing further down the dusty hallway. The lights flickered above, fading in and out from power fluctuations plaguing the complex. A Romulan lurched out from a crossing hallway. K'Vros fired off two blasts from the IV phaser rifle in his hands, knocking the would be attacker down as he swung a sweep to his six and opened fire on a pair of Klingons emerging with disruptors. Dropping to one knee he grabbed the mekleth from his lower back and flung it into the chest of a human male bursting through an opening door before him.
"Computer, pause program." A clicking sound heard as everything froze. K'Vros slowly stood and shifted the phaser rifle in his left hand. "Computer, next time program runs allow for changes in number of hand to hand combat foes. Increase by random two or three. Allow for phaser rifle to stop working after third shot fired." A nod to himself, an easier program but one good for testing one's senses in uneven conditions. "Computer, end program." The holo deck came into view as his surroundings faded away. Turning and stepping for the archway, he made out into the hall and back for his quarters for a bit of sleep before back on duty.

Will walked up to the Holo Deck and punched in his program.A light shown through and the doors opened up.He entered the room which was a Bajoran Temple. He went in and sat down and prayed to the prophets.
He asked for guidance. He was torn inside,he wanted to learn more about his Romulan Heritage but he also felt the Prophets were real and he was not sure what the Romulans believed.
They were truly enigmas and the strange part of it was he was half of that enigma.

Will put in the program for a mapped and marked 3d map of Romulus. He hoped the Federation had such a thing. He entered to see a beautiful world of all different climate types .It was not completely mapped as he expected yet it somehow seemed to call to him.
He looked closer and saw it was more volcanic than Earth but had many similarities to it.He watched it spin looking at every detail the Holo had fascinated by part of him.

She walked off the TL and then the short distance to the holodeck 1. She stood there a moment.
Computer training program -- obsolete course Vasset 1
The lights began to flicker to let her know the matrix was changing. The doors hissed opened and she walked in. She found herself in a alpine setting. She listened as the computer explained the excise.
You are to follow the course to its completion, within 20 minutes. You will need to locate and collect 6 strips of cloth. When you pick up the first one the timer begins.
She looked straight ahead and then slightly to her left, there was the first marker approximately 50 feet. She smiled, then trotted to the cloth picking it up she tied it to her wrist, while continuing to trot.
The first leg of the course was easy with only a few obstacles, a downed tree easy to jump, the path took on a series of sharp turns where jumps were needed, a pool of deep muck that she used a vine a swing across. And the second cloth was there.
The second leg was slightly tougher, there was a crossing over some liquid that has steam coming out of it. She used a series of stones to cross it. And the third flag was about 18 feet straight up a tree. She climb that baby grabbing the cloth and let her self down first one branch to the next, then when she was about about 4 ft off the ground she jumped.
While reaching for the third cloth she saw the last one, about 20 feet to her right. Once she was on the ground she took off knowing it was a straight run. Reaching the last piece of cloth she took it.
"You have completed the exercise. Your time is 19.43"
She smiled, "Computer end program."

She reached the holodeck then entered her program code. She walked in then went to the river, standing she baited her hook and then cast her fishing line. After catching a nice trout she gutted it then pan fried it.
After eating, she fell asleep it was the computer who woke her an hour later. She got up and then left the holodeck. All in all she spent a few hours relaxing completely.
