Sam chuckled inwardly as the Doctor asked him to step into a private room, as she walked away Sam grabbed the PADD he was carrying and began working on it. He transferred the security and tactical information from it to his office and downloaded his medical information, or at least as much as he could on an unsecure device, and placed it in the private room. It contained all his medical information from his last physical which occurred aboard the Strabase they’re currently docked at. The basic results are contained within the PADD but most of the file is marked classified, but it was enough to surpass the standard physical required aboard starships.
The tests were done by some of the most well known scientists, engineers and medical personnel within the Federation, but as previously stated, much of the file was ‘blacked out’.
Sam flexed his hand a couple times, felt it burn with pain, and realized that the Doctor wasn’t kidding. He left the towel be brought in, and the PADD, upon the Bed in the room and walked out of Sickbay. Noticing that it was becoming quite the tourist spot, he nodded and briefly greeted the crew as he exited Sickbay and headed back to his office at on the Promenade.

She was in her office finishing a report on Saia's clearance and adding to her chart the things she learned when Fong Tang came in.
"Doctor pardon my interruption, but this was left for you in place of your patient, Lt Commander Grant."
Her head snapped up. "He did what and where is he?" She asked more to herself then looked at the Padd. Putting two and two together she slammed the padd down. "Oh, by all thats holy he did not do this. Does he think his rank gives him privilege over the rules of Star Fleet or this ship? I can play his game as well."
She thought for a moment and then decided her first impulse was a wee bit rash. So she decided to send him a comm message instead:
"Lt Commander Grant, this is Doctor MacAuley. I appreciate your supplying me with a base line report on your last medical exam. However, you will not be cleared for duty until you return to sickbay for your physical. Just as you have your duties and tasks that must be attended to, so do I. I shall expect you with in 24 hrs."

A few minutes later her acting head nurse Fong Tang came in, her expression showed worry. Colina looked up. "Whats wrong Fong? You look like the you just heard terrible news."
"Ma'am I informed Tail Kinker that she was to report for her physical and she was most unpleasant. She will not be coming in, saying she is too busy. Her exact words were, "I do not have time for a physical" She told the nurse that contacted her "I feel in top physical and mental condition. I have never felt better. Now let me get back to my duties and stop trying to pull my tail down there. She then cut me off in mid response."
Colina took a deep breath, looked at the ceiling of her office for a moment. Reminding herself to control her anger. "Very well Fong, I shall deal with this myself. You must forgive those who act with no thought or consideration of others. Spreading disrespect and thinking they are better than others."
She tapped on her com badge and created a link to TaiKinker. "TailKinker, this is Doctor MacAuley. You have an appointment in sick bay. If you are not here in exactly 25 mins I shall send a report stating, you are not cleared for duty and have refused to come to sick bay for said examination. It is now your choice. MacAuley out."

Her comm badge went off and she heard the following message and was then abruptly cut off.
""Lt Tailkinker To~Eeiauo to Doctor MacAuley. First Thing to learn about Sivaoans is to use thir full name when speaking to them, unless given permission to use another variation. I assume you've never met a Sivaoan before?"
Secondly, As I have told your nurse, I am in top physical health and I do not need a doctor to tell me that which I already know. Now, I would like to get back to my duties before the time comes before she depart. I shall let you get back to your own duties"
She sat at her desk for a few minutes regaining her control. She then tapped out a report on a Padd. Taking the padd she set out to locate this feline.

Returning to sick bay, she went directly to her office, got a cup of Earl Gray Tea and sat drinking it. Her temper was at an all time high and if she was to carry on her duties she need this time. She would earn and get the respect she deserved. Not because of her rank, which was nothing compared to those who chose to defy her, but because she could hold her own.
After a few sips of her tea she wondered just why in the name of all thats holy she ever left the highlands. Stop it Colina, you know this is what you want. She took out a book by Robert Burns and began to read his poetry while sipping her tea to regain a sense of peace and calm.

As she was in the TL, she visably tried to control and minimize her anger as she didnt want to cuff anyone and take anyone's head off. She was taught that humans have soft heads. She found out for herself when a human classmate in the academy had decided to pull her tail as a joke, as he had said when he recovered from her reaction
Which she promply cuffed him so hard, she knocked him out and she later learned that he had a severe concussion
As she explained to the teacher and his superiors and then to the male she knocked out That Tail pulling in the sivaoan culture is a severe insult and she dealt with it as lightly as she could. She then explained that she could ave put him in a sivaoan "hug" but that would have injured him more severly or perhaps killed him. She then explained it is how sivaoans fight, belly to belly with their claws inserted into their "victim's" back and their teeth in the neck with fet kicking in the stomach, claws out. Sh then apologized or cuffing the male so hard and that she didn't realize humans had such soft heads
As the TL door opened, breaking into her thoughts. She steped out, walked down the hallway and into sickbay. She looked around and saw one of the nurses, who happened to be Fong. She spoke to Fong "Alright, I am here. Let's get this over with"
She went over to a biobed and sat down

Fong nervously smiled and directed the feline to Exam room 2. As the feline followed her she opened the door and then went to get the Doctor.
"Doctor, Tailkinker is here."
"Aye, excellent. Do not look so worried, there is nothing to be concerned about." With that said she left her office and went directly to the examination room. "Hello Lt. Tailkinker To~Eeiauo I shall make this as quick, painless and pleasant as possible. However, before we begin it appears I was in error earlier when I failed to use your full name. Be assured from this moment on you will always be Lt. Tailkinker To~Eeiauo, I hope this meets with your approval. It takes a true man or woman to admit to their mistakes." Her eyebrow raises as she remembers the disrespect shown to Fong Tang, who was merely following orders and to herself.
"There is something else I need to say, I would never treat one of your staff with the disrespect and abruptness you used to my Acting Head Nurse Fong Tang. You may have bullied her, with your size but not me. Now, let us begin this, so you can take your leave, and I can be done with you for another year. Those wanting and demanding respect must learn to give it as well."
"Has anything happened since your last physical I should know about. It will save time to simply answer truthfully."

"Thank you. It was a pleasure meeting you Doctor."
Saia waited only a few minutes before Nurse Tang came in. Before the nurse could ask, she showed Tang the soft jointed area in the bend of her "arm".
"This area and this," she pointed to the space between her head and her thorax. "are most accessible."
Even though the hypo was painless, she reassured the nurse with a smile and thanked her for her concern. As she exited she glanced around. So much diversity! This should be a very enjoyable post.

Tail kinker followed the nurse that contacted her up on the bridge into a room and sat down to wait for the doctor who verbally cuffed her on the bridge
Her fur spiked as soon as Doctor MacAuleystepped into the room and she struggeled to smooth it back down. She still was not happy about being in sickbay if she didn't need to be
With her tail still twitching, she listened as Doctor MacAuley apologized for the misuse of her name and asked her if it met with her approval to call her Tailkinker To~Eeiauo. This set her ears back, this time in surprise, then anger. She merely nodded her approval then heard the doctor go on to say it taking a true male or female to admit when he or she is wrong, then the Doctor mentioned bullying her staff. She then decided to make a comment
"Doctor. My intentions were to to scare or intimidate your staff. I was merely trying to explain there there was no need for me to come down here and get a physical. I feel fine. Sivaoans do not visit doctor unless they are sick or injured. If I pulled any tails, I would like to say I'm sorry as well"
She then went on to answer the doctor's first question "No, nothing has happened since the last time I was medically checked by a doctor. I have not had many broken bones in my life and I did have a small case of noisy-baby when I was a child"
She then waited for the doctor's next question

Not anticipating an immediate response, Saia waited for a lift, planning on returning to the bridge and to her files.
As the doors opened she was nearly knocked out of the way by an angry bristling ball of fur and claws-the Sivaoan. Though she was clearly quite upset, Saia could not help but chuckle a little at the comical appearance. She hoped she would not hear her as she slipped into the lift Tail Kinker had just vacated.

She listened to the feline and the explanations offered.
"I accept your apology but it is Fong Tang who needs to hear you say that.
Now, I can appreciate the fact your race does not use the services of a Doctor unless absolutely necessary. However, like you I am under certain regulations and general guidelines that are specific to my post. One of those, is that each and every crew member must be examined before the initial launch.
Noisy baby it would save time if you explained that briefly. I am not only unfamiliar with your race, Lt Tail Kinker To~Eeiauo but also with some of the common aliments. Especially those of infancy."

Tail Kinker listed as the doctor accepted her apology and then went on about rules and regulations, one being that she made sure all the crew was physically healthy
"I will talk to your head nurse when we are finshed. As far as to what Noisy baby is: it is a child hood disease that Sivaoans sometimes get. It would be more serious should an adult get it. To humans, it is the same as getting the measles or Chicken Pox"
Her tail spiraled into a small helix with humor, waiting for the doctor's response

She nodded at the explanation. "Please lay back while I take the necessary scans."
As the Lt laid back she began to read the scans and asked her a few more questions.
"Do you have any known allergies? And on a more personal nature, many Feline races have specific requirements concerning childbirth and mating needs. Such as a heat cycle. If this holds true for your race by telling me know I can make sure you specific needs are meet."

She laid back as the doctor requested, careful not to put too much wait on her tail. She watched as the doctor made the necessary scans.
Her whiskers stiffened when she aksed her "personal questions" and her eyes shot to the doctor. She was about to give her a sharp retort like It was none of her business but then realised the question was encessary. She merely shook her head
"No, Doctor. There are no restrictions on mating and childbirth. ( That I know of ) I can mate with just about anyone i choose too but to be truthful, I am not looking for a mate at this time. I am only interested in Walking the Path of the Stars"
"Allergies, I have none, that I am aware of"
