Immediately aware of the Lieh's presence as he entered the oira, she looked up to see how the other officers reacted. The Lieh's entrance was not announced, nor did the officers salute him. She pursed her lips at the unexpected lack of response. She listened to his order to report tensely and then the replies from both Tactical and the Marines. There had been no prior report sent to her from Captain Kor. It may just have been that there had been no opportunity to do so, however she quickly tapped out a request for a full statistical report as soon as possible. It would reflect poorly on her to fail to have this information if it was requested. It would also serve to reinforce her authority on this mission. She expected status reports updated with each shift change or whenever any action fell outside normal duty or training operations. "Lieh, Dheno reports that readiness directives have been initiated and will be completed within the time specified."

OOC: sorry for the slow response, folks.. my computer up and crashed on me so I maybe slow in responding for about a week or so
He turned to see the Riov emerge from his ready room, ask for a ship-wide communications be opened and heard the announcement that we shall be leaving soon. He thinks to himself *It is about time*. He then heard the call for all department heads to report in. He stood, saluting the Riov, reporting:
"Helm is fully responsive and operational. Ready to depart at your leisure, sir"

She stopped off at the armory and received a report on the inspections and test she required. She found that 4 field communicators needed repair.
Tapping on her comm. "Engineering this is Captain Kor, I am sending 4 field communicators for repair. Kor out"
She worked on reports for the Lieh,. and was just about to sent them when the results of her searches come in. Then cursed in Andorian after seeing she should have sent a preliminary report to Security.

Marine/Ground Forces Report All Marines present and accounted for. A review of Marine service was completed at 10 hundred hours. During that review, two were founded that were red flagged for minor incidents. I will be meeting with them to discuss this and what will be expected. They are: Pvt 1st class Thomas Johnson and Dais'Gejla Ejuil Jarok. (Pvt 1st class) I fully expect the issues they had in the past to be resolved within a week at most. Within the Marines we have the following specialties were noted: Demolitions: Myself I will begin instructing one of them once I have a likely candidate. Re-con: Ullhan (Sgt) Hvaid Maelrok, Sgt James MacLoed Scout: Dais'Geila Nnerhin D'Amarok Sniper: Miral Tomalak Communications: Lance Cpl Janice Newmen Field Medics: Cpl David Johnson, Ihho Sarine I plan on having one from the Rihannsu and Federation ranks for each specialty. I have scanned the training programs and will be installing a few that will be more rigorous to include other environs. The present programs are more then acceptable but disallow for certain types of terrains. Those are the ones I will be adding. Armory We have all need armament, in proper repair. We also have 30 new disrupter's, 25 new phasers. Two sniper rifles. Demolitions: a full compliment of needed equipment Equipment Non-arms The EVA suits have been inspected and meet with set standards. Four field communicators were found to need simple repair - they are being sent to engineering All other equipment is functioning within normal parameters Captain Imaru Kor Alliance division United Forces RSE Dhaevel ____________________________________________________ She immediately began a second report this one aimed at security.
Sent to Erien Lyretha t'Stellam
I regret this is late. I was unaware this would be needed.
Marine report
All Marines are present and accounted for.
I was given a report from the Armory for security. I am enclosing that in this report.
In reference to ship needs.
I will have teams ready for deployment by the end of this shift. For now I have temporary teams, to be sent to all areas of high priory for boarding parties.
I have also assigned teams for ship patrol, which will begin as soon as we leave the docking ring.
Captain Imaru Kor Alliance division United Forces RSE Dhaevel
After her reports were sent out she sat back, looked at the time and saw it was close to her first meeting. Knowing the physical requirements for Rihannsu-a she adjusted the environmental controls. There would be just enough time to warm it sufficiently, although he might find it cool. She smiled, went to the replicator and got another glass of Andorian water.

In his Office he hears the Leih-a message
"This is Riov Cretak. In fifteen minutes we will be leaving the docking ring and plotting a course to the training grounds. We will be tested for our readiness to join the alliance fleet as an active patrol vessel. This day is a new day for the Rihannsu Empire. The Dhivael will pass it's tests and it will bring honor and pride to our Praetor. Failure is not an option."
"All division heads report their status now....."
And then replies to the Leih
"Shadow Demon Squad all Pilots and Fighters ready to deploy on your orders Rekkhai" H'daen knows they are ready 60 fighters and 120 of the best pilots, they will bring honor to the Leih, the Ship, the Alliance, and the Empire

This is a double post between MCapt Imaru Kor and Dais'Gekka Ejuil Jarok
The chimes sounded and she looked at up noticing the time. He was late, another point of contention. "Enter"
His expression neutral, though still showing a hint of the former arrogance, enters, stands at attention and salutes "Dais'Gekka Ejuil Jarok reporting as ordered, Captain." She looks at him. "Your late, what is your reason for this?" His expression now shows an appearance of contempt "I came as quickly as I was able, Captain." He does not view her as an equal as she is Andorian
"You had more then enough time to get here. We are both aware of this. In the corner you will find a backpack its been weighted down. YOU will report to my quarters at exactly 1800 hours. Wearing that backpack and you WILL stand watch until 0600. At which time you will get ready for a full day of training."
"Be thankful this is not Andor, at the Northern Wastelands where watch would be outside. Keep that in mind since that environ can be duplicated"
Lips curl scornfully "Am I dismissed..Ma'am?"
"You are dismissed when I say you are."
He felt the cold here in her office, but refused to show any effect of it. He gritted his teeth. "As au say." This time he purposely dropped any title of respect.
She looked at him, her antenna lashed and laid back remaining there while she looked down for a few seconds then looking back at him.
"Even a fool knows when its time to give up such actions. But it appears you don't know when that time has arrived. I thought more of Romulans, but I suppose I was wrong. Your contempt for me is noted and accepted as such. But, I advise you to reappraise your views. Also the next time, you say I am a blue skinned freak, I will show how much of one I am. My hearing is exceptional, and I can focus that hearing."
"Take care, I can make your life a living hell."
Swallowing hard, he made an exceptional effort to appear unaffected by her speech. The cold creeping down his spine was as much caused by the temperature in the office as by the steel cold in her eyes. "Ssuaj-ha," There was a short pause. "..LIhei." (Understood, Ma'am).
"We can do one of two things. I can overlook this incident, not including it in your record, or I can include it. The Riov has no idea of what's happened. You decide, what will take place from this moment on, one more thing, you will wear your uniform with pride, and never be out of uniform again during duty hours. Am I clear?"
His mouthed twitched as he struggled with the reminder of the Lieh. It was true that if this came to his attention, he might very well be killed. There was a saying common to all warrior races , that one should choose their battles. This was just such a case. Another time perhaps he would show her who was truly superior. "Jamnae, Llhei." (Clear Ma'am.)
"If there are no questions, you are dismissed. Be outside my quarters at 1800 hours or your watch will be in the Northern Wastelands of Andor. That's where I'm been stationed. I'll enjoy it."
He saluted again and left Kor's office quickly after retrieving the backpack which had weights totaling 49 kilos (100 pounds), releasing a shiver as the door closed behind him.

t'Stellam read Kor's report. Statistically it was very thorough. What she wanted and needed from the Marine Captain now however was something more personal. They would arrive at the training grounds in a few short hours and somehow during that time she and Kor had to form an effective team. She sent out a brief request.

From: Erein Lyretha t'Stellam
MCapt. Kor, Your report was most thorough. I would like to enquire further however on your personal views of this mission; how best our departments can work together and how we can work with one another to ensure a successful outcome.

H'daen gets in his fighter and activates the Fighters comm systems.
+H'Daen to Dhivael; requesting comm check?+ He says as he powers up his fighter.
The other pilots do the same, and one by one report finial check up of fighters all weapon systems at 100%, All Navigational Systems 100% Shields and Cloaks 100%
As H'daen checks his systems he notices his Weapons are 1/100 of a micrometer off, nothing that will effect their performance and still well with in specs, but he makes a not to have Engineering check it.
As he waits for Comm verification

After he leaves she sits there looking at the door. In any military group you will find someone like him. She laughed, remembering her own indiscretion. Watch in the middle of winter, was enough to curb her attitude. And it was during a snow storm, Terran's would call it a blizzard. To her it was simply a storm, nothing that would resemble such a condition. Temperatures dropped 45 degrees in 90 minutes and the wind doubled in strength. It cut though the bio terminal clothing she wore. Fortunately, all watch shifts were cut to two hours.
Then there was the 2nd part to it. Her computer alerted her to an incoming message.
"Computer open message"
She listened to it and then sighing she began to think of what to say. Her stomach growled and she got up.
"Computer sliced sleemhar (somewhat similar to a reindeer) with gravy, 2 slices of bread, and Andorian green tea." She began to get her response together as she watched her food materialize.
While she ate she put her report together.
Daise'Dhano
The mission is simple enough, its a test to see how fit we are for the upcoming tour with the Alliance Fleet. While its simple enough care must be take to ensure its success.
I have taken several steps. I believe I outlined them. I have completed a search, discovering that on the ship you have full authority. I will of course concede to any plan you devise.
My Marines are ready and will respond as ordered.
I feel the Lieh, must be protected as a result I have positioned several teams in out of the way places to watch, and make sure if a boarding party comes in they will not reach the bridge, unless they are beamed directly into the bridge. I also have two teams at access points via maintenance tubes that lead into the bridge.
Other areas of common concern should have Marine backup. If this is agreeable to you.
I would appreciate your answer as soon as possible on this matter.

The steps outlined and those enacted are again very thorough. I can think of no improvement. When complete, I will forward to you Dheno's response plans so that you may use it in coordinating your teams. Once both your teams and Dheno's are stationed, I intend to hold a readiness drill.

Finishing her food she got a small tubar root (high-calorie delicacy from Andor). She sat down and rolled it in a small measure of salt, just as she was about to bite into her tubar root the computer alerted her to another message.
"Computer open message."
She sent the following response.
Danse'Dhano,
Received your message and agree fully on a readiness drill. Together, we must, if your orders are like mine, "make sure this works", we will need to work closely together.
And I have every confidence we will find the way to do so. I look forward to reading your plans.

He listens as the reports come in. Noting each department and its condition he feels his blood begin to boil with the eagerness he has always felt when his ship was ready to depart. Command is what he had trained all his life to do and he was very good at his job.
Not even the lack of an executive officer effects him now as he listens to the bridge crew finalizing their stations. The Dhivael-a soul is her crew and he knows that in a short time he will have this crew working as one entity.
As the last reports come in he feels another rush of blood. Tapping his commbadge calling the etrehafwe'saehne (engineering officer) he says,
"Arrain Hwersuil, prepare to avaihh’hnah (engage warp drive)," and to the gonaiih'saehne (helm officer), "erie'Arrain Sahen prepare to akhae (back away from) the docking ring at 1/4 impulse. Set course 317 mark 54. I want an estimate of arrival time to the training grounds.”
“Erein Tei,” glancing at the khhae'Saehne (OPS Officer), “prepare a communications to docking command informing them of departure and then to the training grounds to inform them we are in route.”
“Ameni (attention) all hands, prepare to leave docking ring. Gonaiih akhae (helm back away from) from the ring as ordered. Set course. Avaihh’hnah (engage warp drive) to warp 5.5. Aeh’lla’hnah (engage cloak) and ta'rhae (screen on).”
As the RSE Dhivael pulls away from the station he notices for a moment a silence that briefly comes to the bridge as his new command stares at the screen as they come out from behind the shadow of the station. The near by star which was ecliped by the station truly appears to have risen… a new day has begun.

Vrih was working on a few more dianostics when he heard MCpt Kor sending him a message about four field communicators that needed repair and they were being sent to him.
"Hann'yyo." (Thank you) I will get them repaired and sent back to you quickly as possible.", he said to Kor.
He understood that the equipment that Marines do use are always needed. If any of them failed when used, it would mean the life of the Marine that is using them. It would also meant his life for not keeping their equipment repaired. Vrih did not want to dishonor the Empire nor his family's name because of his failure to keep up with repairs on the ship and any equipment that are used on the ship.
Vrih would hear the doors open and looked over to see a Marine enter to hand him the four field communicators that needed to be repaired. He would take them from him and would begin to work on repairing them. There seemed to be a few wires that were worn down and would start on replacing them with newer wires. He finished repairing them and handed them back to the Marine so that the field comunicators could be returned back to MCpt Kor.
Vrih then heard Riov Cretak and tapped on his badge. "Ie, Rekkhia." (Yes, sir), he replied to him. He would begin to move his fingers across the console and begin to prepare avaihh’hnah (engage warp drive).

As she heard him begin the orders to take the ship to the training grounds a small smile was seen. She felt pride as the D'deridex, otherwise know simply as the D-class left her docking ring. A translation for the D'deridex was the Grand Executioner. Designed to contend with the Federation and Breem. "Le, Rekkhai' cloak engaged. Tactical scans running." She looked straight ahead out the VP. And watched as the station grew smaller, and the small star behind the station come into view. Creating a masterful sunrise. A new day, as the Leih pointed was dawning and they were part of it. OOC: Thanks to the www.shipschematics.net/startrek/romulan.html for the infromation on the translation for D'deridex
