She readjusted her position, placing her hand on the edge of the console, she leaned on it. Hearing the turbo tube doors hiss open. Not being busy, she looked quickly. A second Andorian entered the Oria, this time a male. She then returned her glance to her console.
The crew was filling out. And it seemed an interesting mix was being developed. But with that was the interesting question, could they work together.
Her excitement over this bold step began to increase again.

S.Gale finishes her reports and seeing that the duty nurse could always contact her should the need arise, she remembers one of the orders from the Riov: to learn the workings of the other departments on board the ship. She decides to check out the "bridge". Shetells the duty nurse where she will be "elements willing" she thinks to herself - she liked that phrase. Then she goes to the turbo lift and says, "Hwaveyiir." Hoping that is the correct context. She really needed to get with one of her fellow officers and get some lessons in the Rhiansu language. The doors slide open and she walks onto the "bridge"; ready to explain her presence if necessary.

The doors open to a bridge. Not THE Bridge. S. Gale sighs heartily as she checks her PADD once again. "'Oria - "battle control", bridge or "battle bridge." ' Again differences in meaning." S.Gale was accustomed to the "battle bridge" being the part that seperated from the saucer section on most of the federation starships she knew. She steps back into the lift, sighs and says, "Oria." When she reaches her destination, she sighs and shakes her head as she steps onto the "bridge".

She stood at the console and looked out the VP, going over in her mind if she had everything ready for departure. She heard the turbo lift doors hiss open, took a quick glance and saw the doctor.
Remembering the customs of the Federation she nodded and smiled. Then returned her attention to a final check before leaving. This time she noticed a variance of .15 in her console as a whole.
Tapping on her com badge, "Main Engineering this is tactical, my console has a variance of .15 overall. Have this corrected before we leave. This is the second thing I've found wrong, perhaps and entire check of tactical systems is in order. Sahen out."

Vrih was at one of the consoles in main engineering when he over heard Erein'Arrain Veralen Sahen over the comm. He did find it out that there was some slight problems with tactical.
"Understood, hann'yyo." (Thank you), he would say to her.
He taps on the console and would begin working on correcting the problem. Noticed a problem in one of the matrix systems for the tactical. He reroutes the power and worked on getting that one paticular maxtrix systems fixed.
As soon as he fixed the problem, he rerouted the power back through the maxtrix system and tapped on his commbadge.
"Erein'Arrain Sahen, I was able to fix the problem. I will continue to monitor your tactical console from here.", he replied to her.

Her com badge chirped, tapping it.
"Sahen here, hann'yyo. Excellent, I agree this console needs some monitoring. Hopefully that has corrected the problem. Running another diagnostic, will inform you of any corrections needed. Sahen out."
She saw the Maenek (doctor) looking slightly uncomfortable on the oria. She considered how one would feel, if they were in the minority on a ship this large, not really familiar with the language. It would indeed be uncomfortable. She re adjusted her position placing both hands on each side of her console. Leaning more on her right leg.

Vrih heard Sahen's reply to him. He was not totally sure what was causing the multiply problems with the tactical console, but he will carefully monitor it. His fingers easily glades over the console he was currently at, closely keeping an eye out on the systems going to the tactical console.
It would mean his life if he failed to do his duties up to standards. Vrih would make sure that he went beyond what was called for him to do.

When the Maenek walked over she looked at her.
"Maenek" It was a short greeting, but at the moment she was busy and it was the one she would have used to any Rihannsu officer.
After listening to her to reason for being on the oria, she nodded.
"It is good for you to become familiar with the ship. It will be helpful for you. Dhat (no), nothing is wrong with leg, other then standing in one place for awhile. It helps to move slightly from time to time. Hann'yyo, for your concern."
"Do you have any questions Maenek?"

As he was running navigation simulations on his console, a set of voices reached his ears. He turned to see the Maenek on the Oria and wondered why she was there. I am sure she had her reasons and then he glanced at who she was speaking too. Part of his mouth quirked upward as he saw the manaek speaking with the l'lorel'ei hren Veralen Sahen. He kept his eyes on Veralen for a short time

"Do you have any questions Maenek?" S. Gale nods and smiles, "I will observe for right now as I have no reference as to what to ask yet, and you look very busy. If you could point to a place for me to observe and not be in anyone's way, I would be much grateful."

She felt the eyes of Terrh on her, she looked in his direction then back to the Maenek (doctor).
"Maenek, anywhere should be fine. There is no place to sit, the only vacant seats belong to the Riov and the Rhaetelh'Saehne (XO). It is not proper to sit on either seat."
"Have you done this before, working to become familiar with an oria?"
"Favdt (Damn)." The lights on her console began to flicker for no reason. Her fingers flew over the keys as she checked for the reason.
Tapping on her comm badge. "Engineering, Sahen here at tactical, I may have found the cause for the problems on my console. There appears to be several chips and wires that need to be replaced. This entire console needs to be completely checked. Sahen out."

Realizing he was caught staring, he turned back to his console to resume what he was doing then turned back again when he heard Veralen's curse and then call down to Engineering
He would make a comment, trying to make light of the situation "Someone should shoot the engineer who worked on your console, Veralen. I hope it doesnt malfuction if the middle of battle"

She look over and shook her head.
"Ai'Kholairlh-a tyohr aei (Oh Elements, advert it!) from such an occurrence happening. It had better not fail me in battle, or I would personally insure the engineer never forgot the day he failed in his job. That is, if I lasted long enough."
"Arrian Hwersuil, will be here and it will be fixed." She went back to her work, knowing that Hwersuil was just as annoyed as she was.

Vrih grumbled as he over heard Veralen about what was the malfunction of the tactical consle. He would grab his engineering tool box and tapped his combadge.
"Understood, Errein'Arrain. I am on my way to repair it.", he would say as he began to walk out of engineering. He did not like it that something was not working to his nor to the Riov's expectations. Took some long strides to walk over to the turbo tube. He wanted to know who he last engieer that worked on that tactical console.
Vrih walked into the turbo tube. "Oria!", he would shout out once the doors closed behind him. As soon as the doors opened up for him, Vrih stepped onto the oria (bridge) and towards the tactical console.
"I will personally find out who the last engineer worked on this.", he would say as he stepped over towards Veralen.
He was told by one of his engineer officers that it was fine, but it still was no excuse. He should have checked it himself to make sure it was working. Vrih would wait for a moment when Veralen stepped aside before he would begin to replace the damaged chips and wires. This time, he would know that it will be fixed and will not fail.
