Justin motioned her towards the main engineering console, which stood in the middle of engineering, like an island. "I'll show you right over here, Ma'am.", he replied to her. He walked over to the main console and tapped on it, brought the specifactions up on view for her to see.
"Tawara is similiar to the Akira class on expection of a few things.", he continued to say to her. "The difference is the warp core engines, which have been uprated, the sub-systems and fire controls are more advanced. The armament goes toe to toe with any ship that is out there.", he continued to say, pointed out each differences to her.

Once he done speaking with the Major he stands up..
I am looking forward to serving onboard the Tarawa...Ma'am.
With that he once more saluted the Major and does a about face and leave her Ready Room.

She returned his salute then watched him walk out. She took out another padd she'd been working on. Re-reading it she signed off on it.
She then sent out messages to the following officers and enlisted.
Major Kaine
Lt Saris
Pvt Greenhouse
Lt Kaz
Ensign Melvin Moon
Report to my ready room at 13 hundred hours.

Downing another drink looking at the Counselor "Sure you don't want to join us" he asks just then he gets a message from Major Aniri to report to the Ready Room at 1300 hours
He Acknowledges the message "I will be their 1300 hours Ma'am"
Downs another drink "Thats my last have to see Major Aniri at 1300 hours once again Duty spoils my fun" he smiles

She nodded as he spoke. " Most impressive ship Chief but I..." Just then she gets the message from Major Aniri to report to the Ready Room at 1300 she taps her combadge. "Acknowledged Kaine out."She looked back to Justin. "Chief I noticed the Tarawa does not have any pulse cannon turrets is that scheduled for next upgrade?" She looked at her watch on her wrist. " Lieutenant Kinsely ve vill have to continue this later I must go but thank you for your time." she headed for the bridge.

After walking out of the Major Ready Room, J.P. heads to the turbolift.
Computer....sickbay....
With that the lift shot down a few decks...J.P. gets off and heads right to sickbay. Once in he ask if anyone has seem Lt. Katz. One of the Med tech tell him that she isn't in sickbay right now. J.P. nods to the tech and then taps hius combadge...
Lt. Katz this is Doctor Rugter. I would like to know how many more new crew members need physicals? If I could get that list, I would like to work out a schedule with you so we can get those personnel in here for their physical....over.

Kasia was in her quarters reading a novel set in the mideval klingon period. It was quite intriging. She then got the message to report to Major Aniri at 1300 hours. She tapped her badge.
"Understood Major, I will be there, Kaz out."
She begins reading again when her comm chirps again as the doctor. She listens and then tapps her badge again.
"Nurse Kaz here, I will send you the list, over half of the new crew members have been done already. Kaz out."
She sighs and puts down her book. She then sends the list to Doctor Rugter. She takes a glance over her schedule, and sees shes not scheduled to work untill tomorrow morning, but with the meeting at 1300 hours, she figures she should get in some extra time in sickbay afterwards.
She eats a quick lunch of a salad, and then gets ready for the meeting, putting on a fresh uniform.

As he lisiten to Lt. Kaz ... J.P. is heading to his office. Taps his combadge.
Thanks you Lt. for that intell...please sent it to my console in sickbay. I am heading to my office right now...Doctor Rugter out.
Once into his office, he first gets himself a large mug of coffee. Now he sits behind his desk and open his his console.
Computer...please give me a break down on all personnel by species and sex that is onboard the Tawara. And any special medical recorders that they may have.

Time advancement it is now 1300 hundred hours and all officers that were called to the ready should report in.

Enters bridge and makes his way to Major Aniri's Ready Room, entering he walks up comes to Attention then Salutes
"PFC David GreatHouse reporting Ma'am" he says emphasizing is last name with smile and stays at Attention

She got off the turbo lift and walked on the bridge and headed for the RR once there she rang the chime and waited to be asked in.

The chimes on the ready room door rang and she called out enter. Both Major Kaine and Lt Kaz entered and came to attention, then saluted.
"At ease. I called you because of the excellent work you've done while on the ship. It's not my habit or in my nature to remark on this. However, I feel you truly deserve it. And I have made a notation in your service record to that effect. Keep up the excellent work Lt."
Lt Kaz had a difficult time maintaining a straight face. If Jay was capable of smile she would have. Instead she intimated a human smile as best she could. Instead, her antenna's moved slightly faster then normal and curved toward the Lt.
After the Lt. left she turned and looked at Major Kaine. "She is our head nurse and has been on the Tarawa since her launch. We could not have a better nurse then if we hand picked her ourselves."
OOC: This was done this way with the permission of Lt Kaz who was not able to be here tonight.

She walked in after David and reported in. Reporting as ordered Ma'am. She saw Lexi there but did not look her way.

She heard the chimes again. "Enter" She saw both Pvt Greathouse and Lt Saris walk in.
As both came to attention and saluted, she looked at them both for a minute.
