The cloaking we are sure of as you can see.The damage aboard that ship would explain the flash as well as her not being able to go through the debris field completely unnoticed.

After he finishes the hand to hand combat training he heads to the Replicator ot get some water
He sees Corporal Kinsely and a Pvt. on his back at his feet, He stops and salutes the Corpal

"Well Major a cloaked ship possibly damaged perhaps a prototype that they may think we are trying to steal."

Cordais stood as they were dismissed and thinking hard on all the information they'd received, returned to her station.
If she was going to understand the potential of what they were undertaking, she would need to see and be able to analyze the recording as well.
"Captain Dorius? May I have a copy of the of the recording? I can add the information from it to the current database and it will help us identify when and where these anomalies are occurring or might occur again."

She watched the area of space that was outside the main view port, when she heard the new science officer.
"You should already have a copy in your science data base under current external ship activity. If not, let me know immediately and I will get it to you."
"If I can assist you in any other way let me know Lt." She would not chance a third slaughtering of the Lt's name.

She began to clear patients for duty or at least to their quarters.
"As much as I hate it we may need the EMH as well but lets wait on that."
She turned to Kasia,"Kasia I want you to train the marine once they get here.You have the knowledge and experience.''
Smiling as she talked to her about the training.

She walked out with Conner and they took the TL to the Marine deck. "Conner get them ready for hand to hand combat. Oh, I want them in EV suits while doing the hand to hand. Lets them get to used to it."
"I'll be in my office working on finishing the training schedule. Keep this to yourself. Tell em, whatever you want to explain the EV suits. But it were me, I would say, Iverson's idea."
"We'll talk later."
Sandra went into her office and shook her head. Man, this is gonna be a. She let the rest of that thought hang. And got to work.

She stood up and walked over to the science console. Slender fingers glided over the keys.
"Here it is Lt. Things are probably different on the ships your used to. Vital information like this will be sent to all the appropriate consoles. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
"I want to tell you I'm really sorry for slaughtering your name. If you would be so kind as to teach me the correct pronunciation. For some reason, I have a problem with Romulan. Most Betazoids do, unless we've studied the language."
She smiled at her, hoping the assistance she gave her would somehow help to make up for the destruction of her name.

"I have to agree doctor, we might need the EMH for this mission, I don't like using it either, they just never seem to have good bedside manner." she pauses. "thank you for your support, I hope i can live up to the high expectations....when do you think the marines will be coming down for their training?" she asks as she cleans a bio bed that she had just dismissed a paitent from. |

She looked at the Colonel. "Excellent work. And I agree with Iverson. She found what we both missed. What concerns me, is if she is totally correct."
"A warrior race believing something that was theirs is taken. Trust me, Colonel that is a situation we don't want. How to resolve this? We need more intelligence on them."

She looked down at the console's screen as Dorius brought up the information. Just as she'd said, it had been located under external activity. The fact that she had to be shown such a simple thing was humiliating but the Captain hadn't seen it that way. She seemed to feel that some time to adjust to a new ship and station was acceptable and expected.
"Thank you." It felt awkward to use the Federation standard phrase; moreso because in her mind, another apology was more fitting to the situation.
"My name is pronounced F-vee-ik. Your pronunciation was.." She searched for the right words, "well done for one who has not studied the language."
"Even as you feel you have much to learn about the Rihannsu language, I have much more to learn here. This places me at a disadvantage. Had Dorius understood that admitting this weakness was a difficult thing for her? Not only was she openly admitting her faults, in doing so she gave Dorius the power to use them against her.

Hearing her say say thank you, she smiled and listened closely to the way her name is pronounced.
"I wouldn't worry about it, before you know it you'll have this console jumping thur hoops. Just take the time you need to adjust. When we got the Tar, after the Vindicator was decommissioned. I spent an entire day in dry dock getting the feel for this baby."
She smiled again and turned back to go to the command chair.
